This is my first review of a service provided solely through Yelp as my resource. I needed someone to come to a house that I am rehabbing for my own residence to check out the functionality of the heater. I called several businesses in my area through the Yelp app on my phone and while some promised to call back only Dimitri from Baltica actually called back. We agreed to a time for him to come by the house and assess the heater but he said that there would be a $83 service charge. I agreed to have him come even though I was not sure what I would get for this fee but planned to find that out before he actually looked at anything. We chatted at his truck before coming onto the property as he laid out his plan and approach to assessing the unit. Not only did he find the problem and fixed a previous installation wiring error he provided us with advice for the future service of the unit after testing the heater and thermostat. This was the best and most responsive and effective service call we have made in the over 6 months of service calls for various needs that have cropped up in out 'never do it again' project. We highly recommend Baltica and Dimitri as this was customer service as it's best!

My heater broke and these guys squeezed me in for same-day repair. Friendly service, clean, and the price is fair. It can be hard to find a good professional repairmen, but Baltica is exactly that.

Kevin at Baltica is great! Accommodating, friendly, affordable and honest. I highly recommend Baltica! Kevin not only fixed my Nortiz Water Heater in less than 10 minutes, but charged me close to nothing. I had three other ""authorized"" plumbers come and charge me full price to look at the heater and none of them solved my problem. It took Kevin just two minutes to tell me what was wrong.

I had a company install Noritz tankless water heaters at my house about year and a half ago. Since then, my water pressure was low and hot water only lasted for 5 minutes. I invited three different plumbers to assess the problem and got offers to repipe my house, adjust temperature or relocate my shower. Nobody was able to diagnoze the problem correctly, but they were all speculating and offering to write bids for me for other jobs.

When I called Baltica remodeling solutions, a representative came in to check the problem, he diagnozed it right away and gave me a quote. Next morning a plumber from teh company was at my house at 8am. 2 hours later, I was taking the shower with normal pressue and ample hot water. I wish I contacted Baltica a year earlier. I will recommend this company to my friends, relatives and all the customers.

So our waterheater went out, our warrenty expired and we were completely out of hot water.

I've been hearing about the effectiveness of tankless water heaters. Here in America, we are serious outdated. Countries such as Japan and most countries in Europe have been using tankless water heaters due to environmental benefits as well as to save space and $$$.
So I called around and came upon Baltica Remodeling solution. I emailed them to request an estimate.

Kevin called me the next day and went around his schedule to come by my house that evening. At first, Kevin is well dressed and doesn't look like the typical plumber (ass crack hanging out) and I thought what the heck, another sales person trying to sell me useless expensive gadgets. But after taking some measurements around the house and asking me some questions, he went back to his car and printed me out an estimate. He also even showed me a cerficate indicating that he was authorized by NORITZ to install these water heaters and that any malfunctions will be covered by these installers.

I'll be honest, these things aren't cheap. So I thought I'll try calling other places to seek another estimate. So I called other (three) plumbers that my friends and family recommended. Kevin's price was the cheapest by so far. So I called and he was able to install the water heater the next day, early in the morning.

If you're planning on installing a NORITZ water heater, I would definetely seek a quote from Kevin at Baltica. He's very professional, business minded, knowledgable and down to earth. But like I said, these waterless heaters will save you money in the long run but will cost $2500 and up (depending on your house layout and # of restrooms). You can also get taax rebates and rebates from the gas company too!
