I have been using Ball's Plumbing for over 13 years. They have handled my underground plumbing, water heater, sink clogs and everything in between. They service my home and my four businesses in New Orleans. They whole group is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Today, he installed my gas fireplace kit, and it reminded me how fortunate I am to have them for a resource when anything needs to get done. I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Fair pricing great owner Lyle and prompt service. Used them for an initial home warranty fix , and after a second visit from a competitor that the warranty company selected that didn't go well I called these guys who beat on price and fixed the problem. Easy selection for future needs.

Lousy service and lazy. There were four of us who smelled sewage including one of the two plumbers. The one who didn't pulled the other one to the front yard to talk and when they came back and the guy who had smelled it said he couldn't smell it anymore. Basically I think they were afraid the warranty wouldn't pay for a diagnostic. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for an honest plumber. My opinion is that you won't find it here based on our experience! And check out their Facebook reviews. I'm not the only one that thought they were bad.

Requested plumbing repair through home warranty company and they sent a rude plumber from this horrible company. Don't use them. Unless you like to get insulted to your face, I'd go with another plumber.

Called them out to look at two jobs. One to clean out a drainage pipe and the other a time sensitive job to bring a water heater up to code. For the first job they would not start until I removed a wall because he said there was a leaking pipe in the wall. I told them I didn't think there was a pipe in the wall. I removed the wall and there was no pipe.

After numerous calls to see when they would return as to address my time sensitive job regarding the water heater. They kept putting me off and telling me they had to check with the parish to find out what was code but would get back with me soon. This continued for two weeks till they no longer returned my call. I now have a torn down wall and still waiting for that return call Lyle.

Very unprofessional. Beware!
