We had a minor problem after using Ballard's. The owner came out and quickly took care of it and then went over and above in his attempt to make sure that we were happy with the service we received. This was in stark contrast to service that we received from Herb Snow and Sons when we ask them to provide the service on a washing machine that was under warranty.

For those seeking a professional plumber in the WICHITA KANSAS area, Ballard Plumbing is who I would highly recommend. I had actually hired another company before I found Ballard Plumbing, and the first company I hired came out, requested for my hubby to remove the grey tape from our drain pipe and promised they would be back out that same day. To make a long story short, the first company didn't come back, nor did they call me. They left me with an open drain pipe! So, I decided to look elsewhere which is when I responded to the add Brad Ballard placed on this website. Ballard Plumbing was very professional, Brad came out on time, he explained to both my hubby and I exactly what needed to be done, and what it would cost. The best part, he actually did everything he said he would do, and then some! :) Thank you, Ballard Plumbing for getting us back up and running again!
