Had Ballard install a new AC system Last summer, great job installing the new AC system, was quick and has been blowing cold air since. Had them come out this summer to do some do some maintanence and upkeep this summer and they came out promptly on two different occasions to problem solve. Highly recommend Ballard, Justin and Brian are great.

Today I had Justin come out and he fixed my valves for my washer and also fixed the water valve in front of my house. Very pleased with Justin explained what he was going to do and what he did again I will be calling him back for my other water valve needs thank you. Great Job Justin!!!

We used Ballard twice in 2016: they installed a new air conditioner and a new water heater for us. Both times the service we received was amazing. The second time in particular, the technician showed up and informed us that our water heater needed replaced. We had all the paperwork for the water heater on our counter, and he whips out his cell phone and called the manufacturer about the warranty. All this without us even asking him to do that. He spoke with the company on speaker phone so we could hear them tell us that our water heater was past the warranty period. He showed up the next day, had another guy help him unload the new water heater, then did the entire installation by himself in just under two hours.
Needless to say, we will be calling Ballard for any future plumbing issues we have.

This company is awesome. The tech came out and fixed my system. He was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend their services to everyone. They don't try to sell you everything under the sun like other companies they tell you what you need and explain the process. Would hire them again.

I am torn about writing this review. I called & got an appointment for the same day. Which is great!! The scheduler was very friendly. And, Brian was very personable. However, in good conscience, I feel I need to let others know that I almost unneccessarily spent $6500 on a new unit at Brian's recommendation. My husband insisted on a 2nd opinion & thank goodness he did!! Brian said that it would be $289 to replace the compacitor, but that it would likely get fried again as soon as the compressor turned on. This is a $15 part at Home Depot. My neighbor recommended another guy & he fixed my AC unit in less than 15 mins for only $100. A couple hours later, my house is now a comfortable 78 degrees instead of over 90!!

He was calm, walked me through every option and price, and answered all my questions. He made very little mess while checking for the problem. i have had ballard's service for years in san bernardino and now in rialto they are the best!! justin is so efficient a wonderful guy and very honest. my compressor was not working and he had it going within minutes, thank you justin! hard to stay cool in a small mobile home without air. thanks again!!
