I almost never write reviews but I felt should for Ballard Plumbing. Being a single women, it's usually difficult to find someone who is honest, reliable, and respectful. (I've been talked down to and bullied many times by so-called ""professionals"")

I had a busted hot water pipe and initially called anther plumbing business. The fellow they sent was nice enough but he gave me a price quote of $10,000. That not only scared me, it made me nauseous.

I started calling around for more estimates, not feeling very hopeful. Ballards was my 1st call. They sent Larry who was not only ontime and knowledgeable but he was respectful and put me at ease immediately. After a thorough inspection he gave me an estimate of $2,400. I stopped my search.

Larry made an appointment, cameback (on time) with some help. They repiped my hot water line and Larry did some repairs on my water heater. The job came out perfect and clean.

So thank you Ballard Plumbing for sending Larry and making this a positive experience. I'm now a lifelong customer. Thank you.

I recommend this company for servicing the pipes in my garage wall connecting my washing machines. I was so afraid it would be worse than it was. I was very comfortable with the timely service and reasonable rates as well as the customer services provided by John ( I hope I have his name right). I am a Realtor, so if I ever have a client that needs service I will recommend them first.

Called Ballard's Plumbing at 8 am on a Monday morning to schedule an appt. First time using this company. They had someone out same day before noon. Cody came out and took care of a kitchen drain problem ìn no time at all. He was courteous and friendly. Ballard is reasonably priced. They will be our go to plumbers from here on in.

I had a bad, leaking gas water heater in the garage. I called Ballard, the afternoon prior, The guy, John shows up this morning, on time.......very personable personality, and went right to work, checking things out, and giving me an on the spot, estimate!

Sears was here, the day prior, with a 40 gallon water heater, to install. But, because my water heater, had old, out dated, illegal gas, and water pipes, and vent, they said they couldn't install it, and said that I needed a plumber, to come out, and update the pipes, and vent, to current code specifications.

So, I called Ballard Plumbing! Not only did they corrected the pipes, and vent, they also brought in a brand new 30 gallon water heater also......everything, was done in one package, not like with Sears!

John was very knowledgeable, and quick! I was super impressed & pleased, with his work, because everything went so smoothly, and at a reasonable price too!

I know one thing for sure.....if I have any air conditioning, heating, or sewer problems, in the future...........I'm definitely calling: BALLARD PLUMBING!

We've used Ballards several times over the years, sometimes in emergency situations, and sometimes just for routine stuff. Every time we've called them they've responded in a timely way. They've done a super job at a reasonable price.

We just got a new toilet to save water, but the first one didn't do what it was supposed to do. I called, and they came the very next day and put in a new one, no questions asked. That one didn't do an acceptable job either, so I called again. This time they put in a different brand, and it works perfectly. AND while the plumber was waiting for the new one to arrive, he put a new cartridge in the bathtub faucet valve for a very reasonable price. Way to go, Ballard's! We love you!!!

Called Ballard again. This time hot water heater, circa 1997 was starting to have issues. Kept turning up temp dial to get hot water and very loud noises during the heating of water. Decided to have it replaced before complete failure. They showed up when promised, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Quick service. Start to finish he only took an hour. I had already turned off the gas, water and drained the tank. I will always call Ballard!
