This is the second time we had Ballard come out to take care of our AC needs and they were consistently awesome! Dennis is very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He also remembered visiting our home from 3 years ago and what our home system needs were. They do an excellent job and have competitive rates, and came out the same day we set the appointment. By the end of the day, our AC was running. His team, Bryan and Justin(?), were very courteous and knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. We can't thank Ballards enough for their GREAT service and professionalism! They came to the rescue of our dear, 86-year old friend when her A/C quit working in 100+ degree temperatures today! They returned my call after hours, and ensured that a repair person will be at our friend's home at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow! On a Sunday no less!!! Who has that kind of customer service anymore?? Ballard's, that's who!!! THE BEST heating, A/C and plumbing company in the Inland Empire! We have been customers for over 30+ years, and will NEVER use any other A/C, heating or plumbing company! Called them in a pinch, referred from a neighbor..Dennis and his guys showed up sooner than expected, were polite, knowledgeable and professional and eager to help us out... they replaced my old, inefficient and ineffective units with a new unit that is above and beyond our expectations. I was referred by a former plumber friend and was not disappointed! We had shower and toilet issues in one bathroom. The person who answered my call was friendly and efficient. Jordan showed up right in the middle of the time frame I was given and was super polite and friendly. He gave me the quote upfront after an initial assessment and the end price was exactly what he quoted. He was quick and neat and took the time to explain the problem so we can avoid it in the future. I called Monday 06/22/20 around 8 AM , I explained to the person on the phone I needed service that my unit was not working. I was told the service techs would be here between 9 and 11 AM. that morning.
Dennis and his brother arrived around 9:30 am and within a half an hour they had the air conditioning up and running.
So thankful for their quick and reliable same day service!

They did not help me because I am African American. I called them for a appt and when I called back because they never showed up. They told me they never spoke to me. If they gonna hate me of my color than I think the whole world should know black lives matter too. Why hate me because of my color. I was told they don't have any appt available. I understand people don't like African American for what ever there problem is
With our race but we are hardworking people no different than a white or or yellow person. I was hurt as with all the stuff happening in the world u would think they get it but obviously hate is instilled and taught and I won't let your company make me be angry and mess up my day

The guy I just spoke to at ballard just lost our business. We've used ballard for the last five years not only on our own home but 3 other homes. It used to be $69 per home for an A/C check up Now we are billed for $75. This same guy said it's always been $75 for years now. Do I need to show him the receipts? Won't be using these guys again.

Our attic fan quick one night. Ballard came the next day to fix it. While the man was in our attic he notices that our duct work had some holes in it. Upon closer inspection it was clear that most of our air when on was just floating around in the attic and going outside.
He related this to us right away.
Ballard was over here the next day and three hours later everything was replaced new.
We realized when we went to turn our air on that there was an amazing difference in the amount of air coming in.
It is great to have it fixed and we know our bill will be a lot better from Electric company now.

Our experience with Ballard's was awesome! Our A/C decided to go out on the hottest day of the year so far so we understood that from time of call till time of service there would be bit of a waiting period, but Art came to the rescue at noon when it was already 90° PLUS and was so sweet and helpful. My husband's family has been going to Ballard's for over 35 years and this was our first time needing their services. We didn't feel overcharged or hustled and the issue that we had was pretty minor in comparison to other HVAC problems that could have arisen. Thank you Art you were so awesome in your service and disposition. You came out on a hot day, during a pandemic AND wore a mask! These HVAC guys don't get enough credit! Thank you Ballard's, we will ALWAYS recommend you! Ask for Art or Bryan (my mother-in-law's technician) and you WON'T be disappointed. Though I'm sure all of their techs are top notch!

I was concerned about my water heater and Cody quickly and efficiently installed the new one.
