Ed S.Used Bales plumbing service several years ago, had a very pleasant and thorough experience. Decided to use them again recently, so I had an emergency plumbing issue. I gave them a call and lady who answered said she would relay the message. NEVER heard back from ANYONE. Had another problem yesterday, I called 3 different times, each time, the lady who answered told me she was on another call. Waited each time on hold 10 minutes or longer. Call never was answered or did anyone call back. I called another plumber, problem was resolved within a couple of hours. Ed
Julianne S.Still waiting after calling on Friday during work hours for someone to call me back. Needless to say I contacted another plumbing service that answered my question. A phone call back would have been nice! So much for 24/7 on call. We have previously used this company and was pleased. I found out I needed a cabinet/granite installer. My kitchen sink dropped down and detached from the counter top. I called the answering service and just wasted time waiting on a call back that NEVER happened!
