In short, do not use!! I would like to give no stars, but not an option, called for a/c repair in r/v unit in ceiling, John, the service man came in and took out filter for me to wash put it back in and charged me $125, then said, it's an rv, you can't put freon in it, he said he knew as soon as he saw it was a camper there was nothing he could do. Then he refused to give me a reciept, sayin I did not need one! ABSURD!! I then said then why did you come in and take my money?? His answer was that's a decision the office will have to make. I called 4 times still no phone call from manager, went to their place of business, it does not exist, its a real estate office, finally four days later I spoke to the manager who flatly refused to refund my money, but he was willing to give me $40 back. Now I received a reciept from them with a letterhead that says plumbing repair service,24 hour sewer cleaner? Out of Lynbrook. So I have now contacted the Ada's office and filed a formal complaint. Not licensed, not insured, and John the service man now says he CAN put freon in it price per pound behind the bosses back, on the down low!!! Wow I will research who I use for all future work!!
