We discovered a small leak under one of our kitchen sinks, called Baldwin Park Plumbing Contractor and they were here the very next day. And they updated us on their route an hour before arriving. Luis showed, very polite and went straight to work. He was in and out. He discovered the issue quickly and fixed it. Even though the other sink next to it was not having an issue, he wanted to check it just to make sure, which is great. Other plumbers would just look at one issue and not take in account the sink next to it. This is probably the 3rd time I use Baldwin Park Plumbing Contractor and they are honestly great. Respond pretty quickly and everyone is very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had no working toilets on the first floor due to a clogged main sewer drain.  After calling several other plumbers Baldwin Park Plumbing Contractor said they could come out.  Fernando arrived 90 minutes later.  He is very professional and knowledgeable.  He explained the problem to my husband and explained how the sewer systems are laid out in the area. He fix the problem in under an hour.  Then he made sure all the toilets and drains were working. I was very happy with the results and the charge was reasonable.  I will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing services.

Baldwin Park Plumbing Contractor is a company to bookmark. When you need plumbing help they are who you should call. Los Angeles areas are an expensive places to live , so having to call to get your hot water heater repaired is the thing financial nightmares are made of. Thankfully after looking at several reviews and reading comments I decided to trust them to help us. I was simply looking for honest and fair treatment to restore hot water to our home. Baldwin Park Plumbing Contractor was not only honest and fair but patient, did exactly what they said they would do and communicated at every step of the process.

Just got my toilet and shower fixed. Temperature pressure and balancing cartridge in my shower was faulty and the fill valve on the toilet was giving out. Raffi helped me out and was in and out in about 2 hours. COVID protocols were taken on the plumbers part and he was very informative of what he had done. So I would definitely recommend them to whoever has any plumbing issues.

We chose this company to replace our failed/old sump pump after they provided a better quote than one of their competitors. They were very quick to schedule the job and we had a good experience with our plumber Luis., who was very professional. These guys were the best. They helped locate the main water lines hidden behind the drywall, installed isolation valves, upgraded the other old valves to angle ball valves, full sink plumbing and brought my washing machine plumbing up to current codes. They were on time when scheduled, provided all the documentation necessary to my HOA and cleaned up when the job was done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done right. We had a sewer clean out back up, the two men that came arrived prior to our appointment (great for us!) they were very helpful, walked me through the whole process and ran the camera to find out what was causing our back up. Much to our surprise it was the cap that was supposed to be on the clean out, instead of just clearing the back up. they took the time to try and get the cap unlodged so that it would not happen again instead of just a ""quick fix"" that would require more services later. They took the time to help and solved our problem and saved us a lot of money. They were exceptional and went above and beyond and we will use them again if the need them, thank you!

I've been needing a good plumber lately to fix up one of the toilets in my aunt's house. My friend recommended Baldwin park plumbing contractor and I am beyond satisfied with their work! It was easy to make an appointment with them and I didn't have to wait long. Thank gosh!

On the day of service, they were extremely professional, came promptly and prepared. They were able to figure out what was wrong and fixed the toilet so fast! The toilet works perfect now!!

Found a leak in the garage wall. Slow but constant dripping from the sheetrock. Called three plumbing companies and all were fully booked for the entire week, but one of them was accommodating enough to talk to me and gave me a small window of a chance they could work on my problem at the end of their scheduled workday either Friday or Saturday. I called this company   Friday night as estimated, He showed up at the estimated time, and explained to me what might be my problem and was assuring enough and confident that we could only be facing a mainline leak and would be easy to repair. Needless to say, I was there to witness a systematic approach to the problem and in no time located the pesky little pinhole leak and was as he guessed it would be.  Very impressed at his skill and confidence and even more thankful that he estimated price also stayed the same.  Kudos to a well-run operation and excellent customer service.
