A few weeks ago, we called Baldon Plumbing and Heating to get an estimate on how much it would cost us to fix a broken furnace. The tech was in our house for half an hour and told us that the blower motor needed to be replaced and possibly a couple of other things, like the module or circuit board. Because the diagnoses was vague.... he couldn't tell us what had happened to the furnace in the first place, we called Triple A Home services. They told us exactly what caused the problem and that we needed a new furnace. Triple A took us through the physical evidence and showed us why. To our surprise, today we got an invoice from Baldon that billed us for the amount of $141.24. When my husband called to talk to the owner about why we owed this amount he was treated extremely rudely and unprofessionally. This is an unnerving experience and we will be filing a grievance with the Better Business Bureau and absolutely will not recommend this company to anyone. Skip the shady service, surprise invoices and horrible customer service and call Triple A Home Services instead. THEY were professionals.

I called Baldon's on a Tuesday to come check my non-working furnace. They made an appointment for 3:30 the next day. At 4:30 when no one had arrived I called and was told ""Oh - I got my appointments mixed up- I'll be right there"". Over an hour later the service guy showed up. After some time working he informed me that most likely my furnace would need replaced, however he would try to replace a part to see if that would solve the problem. ""I'll be back tomorrow or Thursday and we'll get it taken care of"". Great. No one came Wednesday or Thursday. I called Thursday evening and got voicemail and left a message. I called Friday and left a message. To date I was never called back or contacted in any way. Instead I've had to deal with a chilly to downright cold house while I waited for the promised work to be done. There is NO excuse for a company to be so unprofessional that they cannot even return a phone call to say they don't want my business.

Nate and Jason installed a new furnace and air for us last winter! They were professional and their price was extremely fair. Such good people to work with. I'd hire them again without hesitation!

After Baldon did some plumbing work I discovered a significant amount of my prescription medications missing. There was absolutely no one else in my home, so I can only conclude that someone from Baldon is the culprit.
