Toilet was not flushing properly so I called them. Two guys came out and looked the toilet. Said it was a drain issue. They used our own house plunger. They said call drain company because it was clogged. Didn't seem like it was clogged because water was coming out of pipe to septic. They charged $200 for misdiagnosing a simple issue and for using OUR own household plunger. The drain guy came and did some troubleshooting for about 10 minutes. He asked if the plumbers snaked the drain and I said no. He was surprised they didn't do anything. Drain company said it was just build up in the toilet from hard water etc. He was there total of about an hour. Baldini plumbers were lazy & didn't want to figure it out. Simple as that.

Worst customer service ever. Never call back when they say they will, and no one knows what anyone else is doing. Messed up a toilet replacement because they didn't MEASURE, and needed a new part for our heating system and they wouldn't confirm if they ordered it, when it might come in or when they might be able to do the work. Then they are RUDE on top of it. Highly recommend you FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER. Would give zero stars if I could.

I don't know where to begin in describing what took place but here goes. I started out asking my neighbor who they knew that could replace our hot water heater. They gave me Baldini's name & someone else in our neighbor who recommended them. I had total faith in the people who made the recommendation. I will jump ahead. I called & they answered right away & had someone come out (Nick), again right away. WOW a vendor who answers the phone & comes out soon. Yes WOW again. Gave me a written estimate within 24 hours. Again, WOW what service. Accepted estimate & office staff & I agreed on a date to replace heater; Two installers came on time, Another WOW. Well, installers came out & did a wonder job. More than I even expected. I then learned the reasons for all my WOWs. The owner of the company (Ron). His attitude towards great service levels, and his knowledge of how to run a successful business filter down through all the staff. A great company & Staff. I cannot say enough good things about them. Don't hesitate to hire them. You to will be saying thank you & WOW. And a Special thanks to Brayden & Kevin.

I highly recommend Baldini Pluming ! Had toilets replaced. The two young men that did the work were professional, respectful and skilled. They did a great job. Baldini hires the best people. I had my heat and air replaced and they did a great job. What is really impressive, when you call, someone answers the phone, not always the case with other companies .

Their work has always been excellent. You call, they come . Really great people to work with .

Baldini Plumbing was fined by the State of Massachusetts Plumbers' board last month (Oct 2023) for negligence and for not following proper safety protocols for my on demand water heater installation. Baldini employees left a live ""hot"" 240 volt wire in my utility room (slanted ceiling) from the old hot water heater that they removed-they never removed the breakers from the electrical panel !! One of Baldinis' plumbers came to service my new water heater- a year later for the initial service... his head was literally inches from this live hot 240 v wire-he could have easily been electrocuted!! I am thankful that the tech nor I was hurt and I am very thankful that my electrician found this extreme safety hazard . Do not trust this company... do not utilize their services. They may have shiny new vans and a shiny new million dollar Storefront in Groveland, Mass- but they are still NOT a good company based on my experiences with them. I encourage all my veteran friends to stay away from Baldini plumbing. This arduous process has taken over 2 years to resolve... I am so thankful to the state board for doing the right thing and sending a strong message to Baldini that they have to follow proper safety protocols just like everyone else! Shame on Baldini Plumbing!

Update....so after 2weeks with no heat, hired another plumbing company that diagnosed a burned out circulator in 5mins. They showed me the part and installed. Why didn't Tim from Baldini diagnose this problem? I'm out $175

We are finally doing a bathroom remodel from 1989. The new sink didn't line up, there was an issue with the toilet...the usual things that happen when you redo a space.

Nick and Jose (aka ""The Dream Team"") were on time, friendly, professional, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend Baldini and plan on using them if/when the need arises in the future.

The crew is very professional and accommodating. They clean up every night and consistently show up to finish the job. I've worked with Baldini on a number of projects and they maintain some of my ancient systems until we can replace. They are simply great to do business with.

I have been a customer of Baldini Plumbing for many years. They have installed a water softening system, central air system, etc. You cannot find a better crew of people than Baldini. Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, kind. I feel very comfortable with them in my home. I know it will be done efficiently and correctly. You won't regret using them.
