We are finally doing a bathroom remodel from 1989. The new sink didn't line up, there was an issue with the toilet...the usual things that happen when you redo a space.

Nick and Jose (aka ""The Dream Team"") were on time, friendly, professional, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend Baldini and plan on using them if/when the need arises in the future.

Had Baldini's in for the second time in a couple months yesterday. First time was when my landlady's water heater blew. Baldini's was recommended by the contractor working on the house. They were there within the hour. Boom. Done!

Second time yesterday. When my washer was installed in the basement, the installers did not want to hook up the new s.s. hot water hose, because the connection on the basement feeder pipe was corroded and they did not want to mess with it. After shutting everything down yesterday to install a part in the washer, the pipe connection started leaking...badly. Called and left msg. Unbeknownst to me, so did my landlady, and I wasn't around when they came. They could have just rehooked the old hose back to the washer...but...not only did they fix the waterline, but actually went out of their way to find the new s.s. hose on the other side of the basement and hooked it up!!

Expensive? Not any more so than any other plumber around. The difference is, they do the job, they do it right, they go above and beyond when needed. THAT's a good plumber!

Called for a price for a water heater and was able to give me a quote asap which was better then the other place I called. I asked if they could do it today because my heater started leaking the night before. He said yes I have a crew finishing up a job in a hour and they will pick up the heater and head over. They arrived in less then 2 hours of my initial call and did a great job removing the old and installing the new one. A++++ to this company

Baldini Plumbing came recommended in a facebook group, so i gave them a shot for a small job. An hour and a half after their scheduled arrival time, we get a text from them that they had too many emergency calls and won't be able to get to us today. After speaking with them, they seemed unfazed by the fact that I had taken the day off of work to be here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want to actually have someone show.

I highly recommend this place! I needed a combo unit heat and hot water for my condo and I got some quotes from other plumbing companies and they gave me the best price and the best service. Rob was great! And the other guys who helped install it were great too. They were very prompt on time for the installation day.

We lost our hot water heater on Sunday. After numerous quotes and many different opinions on what we should do, we listened to our neighbors and called Baldini's. From the first call, they were different (in a good way!) they gave me detailed written estimates based on pictures after which I talked with Rob at length about some of the unique aspects of our job. He was very honest about our options. Their quotes were very reasonable, but it was their responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge that sealed the deal. They came out quickly to confirm the details and installed our new tankless water heater the next day. And the installation team was amazing. So neat, professional, knowledgeable, and they did not cut corners. They were also so nice to and patient with our kiddos who wanted to watch! They are honest and so good. I'd highly recommend them!!!
