Brandon came to fix a leak under the sink that had been going on unnoticed for a while. He was there within 2 hours. He and his assistant Dave found multiple problems that had been covered up from before my parents moved in. They fixed the leak and improved the wonky previous issues. Later in the day I noticed it leaking again and that the water line to the fridge wasn't working. I called Brandon and he came back and tighten the connection and restored the water line to the fridge. He was very helpful and appreciated my 92 year old fathers service in the Army - he gives a discount for veterans!

Used him about a year ago and he was great. This time, he came out and took parts from our faucet so he could get new ones. Since then, he has not showed up for a half a dozen appointments, nor has he called or even returned our calls. I have wasted several days waiting for him, and he has never come or called. When we somehow get ahold of him, he makes a new appointment which he fails to show up for or even call to tell us he wasn't coming. Last time I talked to him, he told me he was 5 minutes away and then never showed or called. Don't know what has happened to Bald Dude, Brandon, but I can no longer recommend him.

I messaged Brandon on Yelp in the evening he responded within minutes and was at my house within the hour and after 6PM. He works hard and quickly and does a great job. I had him put in a valve and a connector for my gas grill and they had it in and working within a half an hour, made sure to relight the pilot light on my hot water heater and where on their way. I would definitely recommend Bald Dude Plumbing. He also told me that my hot water expansion tank was installed incorrectly and advised me to have it fixed before it causes issues. We will save that for another day but he is very knowledgeable.

BEWARE!!
I had Bald Dude plumbing come out to fix a slow draining kitchen sink. After an hour of work he said the sink was clear and charged me $275. I thought that was a bit high for the work but paid him with the promise that the work was guaranteed for a month. When I used the sink again the sink was still draining slow and I called him back. He said he would be right out and fix it. He never showed and didn't answer the phone when I called 6 or 7 times that day (darn caller ID)
The next day I used another phone (didn't have a phone # he recognized) and he answered and lied again. He told me he was coming back from Cedar City and would be by in an hour to fix it. Needless to say he never showed up. I am again trying to call but SURPRISE. He is still not answering my calls (darn caller ID). I am going to have to call a real plumber that will not take advantage of an 87 year old man.

For a guy that claims to be a ""plumbing genius"", his work ethic certainly doesn't support that. I had an appointment scheduled with him to fix a bathtub leak. Not only did he not show up for the scheduled appointment time, but when I called to follow up with him he committed to being there 40 minutes later but still never bothered to show up. Then he stopped responding to phone calls and text messages. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable way to run a business.

This guy was amazing and responsive and fair market price. When I called, it was that day he came to fix a complex plug. And then came back at night to fox again. Wow! Highly recommend.

one star is an overrating. I paid him $185 for repairing controller on my hot water heater only to discover after he departed that water heater was still inoperative. He said he would return in a few days with parts to do repair. He never returned and despite several phone calls, never refunded the $185.
