He was very nice, and quick to take care of the issue, however his repairs were crap, and caused a leak that damaged both our unit and the one below us. Not very professional, subpar drywall repair, and he made a large mess while doing his work. He did come out and fix the emergency leak quickly though.

I had used him previously, but he came out for an ""estimate"" and he just started taking my faucet apart. He claimed he had no parts and left at 3:30 pm to ""get the parts."" He never returned, and refused to answer my multiple texts or answer his cell phone. I had another plumber come today, and he showed me how the Bald Dude bent things under the sink and the new plumber couldn't even get the faucet back together. Now I need to replace the entire faucet. A very unprofessional unskilled guy. I should have realized that if his web ads solicit ""plumbing or handy man services"" he hasn't enough plumbing business to get by. Perhaps it is because he simply is a bad plumber.

He abandoned the job and some of his tools.

The repairman came the morning after I called (It wasn't an emergency) and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He was polite to me and his quote was more than reasonable. I will definitely keep their number for future needs and recommend their company!

Brandon came to fix a leak under the sink that had been going on unnoticed for a while. He was there within 2 hours. He and his assistant Dave found multiple problems that had been covered up from before my parents moved in. They fixed the leak and improved the wonky previous issues. Later in the day I noticed it leaking again and that the water line to the fridge wasn't working. I called Brandon and he came back and tighten the connection and restored the water line to the fridge. He was very helpful and appreciated my 92 year old fathers service in the Army - he gives a discount for veterans!

Used him about a year ago and he was great. This time, he came out and took parts from our faucet so he could get new ones. Since then, he has not showed up for a half a dozen appointments, nor has he called or even returned our calls. I have wasted several days waiting for him, and he has never come or called. When we somehow get ahold of him, he makes a new appointment which he fails to show up for or even call to tell us he wasn't coming. Last time I talked to him, he told me he was 5 minutes away and then never showed or called. Don't know what has happened to Bald Dude, Brandon, but I can no longer recommend him.

I messaged Brandon on Yelp in the evening he responded within minutes and was at my house within the hour and after 6PM. He works hard and quickly and does a great job. I had him put in a valve and a connector for my gas grill and they had it in and working within a half an hour, made sure to relight the pilot light on my hot water heater and where on their way. I would definitely recommend Bald Dude Plumbing. He also told me that my hot water expansion tank was installed incorrectly and advised me to have it fixed before it causes issues. We will save that for another day but he is very knowledgeable.
