our hot water heater went out on a thursday night. friday morning, i called our plumbers that we have used since we moved here 5-years ago. they were booked till the following wednesday. i went on the internet to find other plumbers in the area. the first 3 i called were also booked till at least monday. then i called Balanced Plumbing, and paul answered and said he could come out that afternoon!!! he did, and gave us the bad news that the heater had to be replaced, which we kind of knew because of its age. by now, the supply houses were closed, so he said he would be back on saturday morning with a new heater. true to his word, he was back at 9am. he had told us the cost up front, and had also said we could go for having parts replaced instead of a new heater. we chose to have the new heater. he was here about 51/2 hours. he did a great job, and he is now the plumber we will call for future plumbing issues. i want to add that all the plumbers i called before paul all did get back to me and were glad that we had resolved the issue.

They did a great job at a reasonable price. I've had them out to my rental to fix a problem another plumber couldn't fix, and to my house to replace a water heater.
