These people came out immediately in the 100* heat when our air conditioner unit went out. The problem could not be fixed until a part was ordered and came in. They were kind enough to loan us a new portable air conditioner which really help us a lot. When the part came , they immediately came back to our house and worked all day on a holiday weekend until the job was done. He explained everything thoroughly and showed us pictures they had taken, when explaining what the problem was. I would highly recommend them! Great people, great service. The Losson family

They were organized & communicated well. Technician was on time for the appointments, seemed informative, respected our space by making sure to cover his shoes & ladder inside the home. The 1st maintenance appointment in 10 years lead to recommendations to replace a couple parts & do a chemical clean of the coils. Quotes seemed comparable to averages found on the web. Looking forward to this keeping our AC system running with no worries for a long time.

My mom, Ramona, and I contacted balanced comfort after many years of failed AC repairs. I called several other companies and none of them served out to our area. I spoke to them and they sent out a specialist that next day. Two days later, we had a specialist come by and give us quotes on different AC units, the day after they came to measure and then two days later they came out to install a brand new AC unit. This was all within a week!!!! It was so quick and so easy. The guys were amazing! They did such a good job, they were professional, they answered all our questions, and got the job done quickly.
