From the onset we were met with nothing but professionalism and support that far exceeded our expectations. We met with Ben from Balance Point to review the shortcomings of our existing system and learn about the state-of-the-arts Lennox HVAC system with a dual fuel/heat pump feature. Ben was both articulate and thorough in his presentation which included a comprehensive review of the the four rebate programs that we would qualify for. Rest assured, he literally knew EVERY technical aspect of his product! Over a period of the new two weeks, we asked many questions, always finding Ben easy to reach morning, noon, or night. Our system was installed over a two-day period by the two most courteous, efficient, and COVID-conscious Balance Point technicians, Mick and Dave. They too made themselves available to address our concerns and questions related to the installation process and provided clear and concise tutorials regarding the system's options and operations. Mick and Dave worked quickly and efficiently to the point that we hardly knew they were in our home. The expected two-day time frame was reduced to a day and a half at the most. Several weeks later, they returned to monitor the system's readings, make slight modifications to the settings and insure our total satisfaction. Simultaneously, we continued to hear from Ben and Ty in the main office as they updated us on their diligent work in moving our rebates through the proper channels.

Within the first month of operation, our system was slated to be inspected by a Larimer County building permit inspector as a follow up on the two required building permits for the system's installation. I interfaced via FaceTime with the inspector as we walked through the system's hardware both inside and out. Upon conclusion, the inspector was duly impressed with the quality of the installation and remarked that he would be both thrilled and proud to have such a system in his home!

In short, we are most pleased with our new HVAC system along with its 10-year warranty on parts and labor. The rebates are beginning to roll in as expected. We could not recommend Balance Point Heating & Air Conditioning more highly. Whether you are looking for a repair or a system replacement, this is a company dedicated to excellence and total customer satisfaction. In fact, we were never asked to put down a deposit when signing our contract. No payment was due until we were absolutely satisfied with the results! Service just doesn't get any better than with Balance Point Heating & Air-Conditioning!

Excellent service! They repaired my older furnace, with great expertise and deep knowledge. They were courteous, professional, clean, and Covid Safe. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and I will definitely call them again in the future!

I have to start with the first conversation with our estimator. I felt Bens knowledge was incredibly detailed and thorough. I felt confident in his recommendations. Additionally, after the space assessment he came and lowered his recommendation. This ended up saving us a lot of money.

The installation was without incident. Ben came before they started working to ensure they understood are expectations. the next day the electrician came and found a large wasp nest. He went to the store and bought bee spray and finished the job. Just outstanding.

Had them install a Mitsubishi split heater/air conditioner last year. The units works great for both heat and air. A problem developed that caused water to leak outside the house in a location Hat was not suspense to leak. Quick response by Balance Point and the problem was fixed quickly. The field tech (Mick? ) was friendly and explained what happened - took about half to fix the problem.

WOW! I am so pleased with Balance Point Heating & Air Conditioning. They really helped me out in a huge time of need, and it made me feel like I was there number one priority. I had a general idea of what was wrong and what I needed, but on top of that, they traced the problem back even further and found even more damage that I would of never found. Recently called Balance Point to repair both an A/C unit and water heater. They came out for 45 minutes and assessed that both were unrepairable and we were charged $270. I am fine with paying the $79 service fee to show up but the remaining charges for 45 minutes are ridiculous as our A/C unit was in pieces, so not much diagnosis needed there. Very disappointed.

I was conned! My furnace went out in November last year and I called this company. Had technician out a couple of days later. He looked at furnace and decided that it could not be fixed. Tried to sell me a new one but I was broke and could not afford it. Billed for call and service charge ($150)...watch out call charge is added to service charge. Long story but I've been without furnace since then, only used space heaters! Selling home and new buyer send friend over to take a look at the furnace. Had heat within half an hour!!!! Spider had clogged it. Do NOT use this company unless you want to buy a new furnace for $8000. I feel quite foolish but at the same time am furious! BEWARE!
