Bean G.Brian and Teresa are the best! They have helped me with septic maintenance for the last 10 years. Brian is local and has done maintenance on both my houses, before I owned them. He's probably serviced yours at some point. I called this AM, with septic backup in basement in new to us (1971 house)I said we could meet at noon. They were there before us, located the tanks (we couldn't find) and cleaned out 25 years of sludge. Advised us on proper care moving forward. Team Bakerstown Sanitation is the best! Shop your local people, they know the area!
Brian has taken care of the septic system at my house for years. I simply call, he shows up very quickly, and all is taken care of. He is very thorough and insures the system is in good order. You have the piece of mind knowing that when Bakerstown Sanitation services your home, the septic system will be functioning properly and void of unwanted problems. If Brian suggests it, recommends it or does it, then it is/was necessary.
Outstanding customer service, workmanship and at a fair price ... What more can you ask?
T B.Brian and his crew are the best around. He is the only guy that shows up when he says he will, comes in an emergency and doesn't charge an arm and a leg, gives you honest advice on what's going on and what needs to be done, and really knows his stuff. I recommend this company to everyone I know!
Excellent service and attention; if all you need is basic pumping and cleaning. If you need repairs, BEWARE! The electrical work was not up to code and the material costs were excessive - nearly double (195%) for a pump compared to what one can get it delivered from other suppliers. I recommend this company for basic services, but cannot recommend the affiliates for any repairs.
If I could give zero stars, I would! Worker from Bakerstown Sanitation came out to complete a dye test on our septic test, as we were preparing to sell our home. Guy shows up with a helper, she walked the grounds as he turned on the water in our house (with muddy boots and then tried to cover it up with a throw rug, until my husband walked in). Test proceeds, no dye being found in the yard. Last 5 minutes, he starts to zone in on one area of the yard. Mind you, we had two inches of rain for the prior 3 days and just had this conversation with him. He then proceeds to stand there and say ""well, I don't see any dye anywhere, but because this ground is wet...uh...I'm going to cover my own ass and say that this test is inconclusive!"" No lie! Our buyer and us just looked at him like he was a complete idiot! He then wraps up everything, charges our buyer $300 and concludes by saying ""and don't go telling your real estate agents to call me...agents and I don't get along! So I suggest you get another test."" ...and proceeded to drive away. Talked to another inspector the next day, he said there is no way Bakerstown should have even completed the test, with how much rain we had, and definitely not have charged $300! Crazy - would not suggest to my worst enemy!
