What an outstanding company! Boy was I in a pinch. One of the biggest days of my life was coming as I just graduated college with BA and my pool light went out. Everyone should know that pool lights are not a money maker for pool companies and all pool companies are very busy including this one with high dollar priority projects with deadlines. Well this company made time some how, came and put in a light for me. I would have had a dark pool for my party and honestly that would have ruined my party. This company saved me no doubt just the day before the party! Need I also mention that the shortage of lights are scarce but this company some how found a light for me. On top of that I had an additional problem that the company was kind enough to guide me and come out and look the very next morning to make sure my pool was straight for my party.

Mike and his team did an excellent job. I changed my mind a few times along the way, and each time he was gracious and helpful. The team was always on time and the whole job was completed in a couple weeks. There were some setbacks due to rain, but that's to be expected. We had them re-plaster, add a handrail, new skimmer, filter, and light. The pool looks beautiful.

Super happy I went with Bakersfield Pool & Equipment. They did an amazing job with the tile and plaster for the pool and spa. They installed all new equipment (Pentair VS Pump, Pentair 420 filter, Pentair 5G LED color lights for both pool/spa), and a skimmer.

I had 5 estimates for the pool and equipment from various companies in town. BPE has the best prices when it comes to pool in town. All of guys who came to do work on the pool and equipment educated me along the way if Michael wasn't here on do's and don'ts.

I highly recommend them. I'll have them back out when I'm ready to install a heater and salt system.

Quick and affordable. BPE was available for every step, I was able to get an estimate the same day I called them, and they explained the whole process in a way that was easy to understand. They made themselves available by text and phone calls, and really showed pride in their workmanship. They even made sure that my dog was in the house before leaving any gates open. Michael & William did an amazing job fixing an issue with our pool plaster.
We had our pool resurfaced in April 2019 by another company. Less than a year later, we notice some large dark spots in the plaster. Unfortunately that company is no longer in business. We contacted a few other companies and decided to go with Bakersfield Pool Equipment Inc. They came out the next day and told us exactly what needed to be done. They drained our pool and did a complete acid wash. After refilling the pool, they came every day (sometimes twice a day) for a week to do start up chemicals and monitor the pool. They were on time with every appointment and very thorough with the entire process. Our pool looks amazing! We highly recommend Bakersfield Pool Equipment.

These guys did an awesome job on our pool. Michael and William know their stuff. They replastered, new lights, jets, and concrete. Even had a very real issue with a previous repair from a different company that almost cost me thousands but these guy were able to fix it with no extra charges. I wish these guys did more than pools. Thank you!
