Our plumbing issues in our 22 year old house this time were a tub valve that was malfunctioning, and a poorly flushing toilet. As first-time homeowners, it was devastating to find out that the previous owners did not disclose to us the broken plumbing pipes under our house and backyard deck, we found out by a catastrophic flood of water exploding out of our toilets, bathtub and stand-up shower. The first plumbing company we called lied and told us there were three broken pipes underneath the house and backyard deck that had to be replaced and required excavating, tearing down drywall and the backyard deck, we would have to hire a separate company to repair cement, drywall. wooden deck after plumbing repair is done, we were looking at a complete job totaling $32,000.00 to $35,000.00. A neighbor recommended Bakersfield Plumbing and they came out and through the camera they saw we only had two breaks on the main sewer pipe, one under our cement patio and the other in the alley on the other side of our backyard fence , total price to fix plumbing pipes, permits, replace cement, clean-up and travel to Taft, CA $8,200.00. The owner came out on the first visit and did the camera through the pipes himself, from the front office to the crew who came out to do the work we were treated with absolute professionalism, friendliness, and kept us informed of the work being done from beginning to end. We love these guys and appreciate their honesty, will use them ONLY for all our plumbing needs and recommend them highly!!!

First off, I have been using these guys for 25 years, so I can testify they are honest professionals. Consider this: my main sewer line from my 1936 home needed to be cleaned and relined with a poly to extend its life. It's a huge job. During the process, one of the plumbers (Charles and Jason) tipped me off that I could have an electrical problem because their equipment kept tripping the breaker. ""You could burn your house down"" is what Charles told me. Well sure enough the next day I had Rankin Electric out and its rep (Joe Linnell) confirmed that ""you need to thank that plumber because he was right!"" So not only did they save my sewer line but likely my house too! Love these guys!

I called twice and Jerry answered both calls even though he was at another job site. He was very polite he took my information and called me as soon as he was finished. I let him know i needed it done within an hr he didn't promise an hr but he definitely delivered. He completed the job and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling him for future work.

They were able to resolve (quickly) an issue I was having with a tankless water heater, after another plumber couldn't resolve it. The tech Mike was in constant contact, professional, and explained everything very clearly. Tankless service by Bakersfield Plumbing is very thorough. This turned out to be a great value for the original estimated charge. I'm a very happy (new) customer and will call them first for any future plumbing needs.

We had a major leak, our water source ,under our cement driveway. James came out and with a talented guess and a cement saw was able to locate the leak. Excellent ! He came back the next day to check that the repair was not leaking and covered it with concrete. All in all, great job.

Our sewage line was backing up into our house they came out and ran a camera free of charge and found the sewage line in the street was broken. They gave us an estimate which was quite a bit less than other plumbing businesses in town and also included a 25 year warranty. They came out within a couple days as promised by the owner Tony. Him and his crew found that the line had been broken by another companies fiber optics line that was put in on top of the sewage line. Tony made calls to the company and got them out within an hour or two. Long story short. The company put in a report and fingers crossed we will get reimbursed for the repairs. Also we were not charged anything extra for the time that the plumbing crew had to hold off on the work while they waited for the other company to come out. Bakersfield plumbing was able to get the line replaced that same day! I highly recommend using Bakersfield Plumbing. They are an honest and reliable company! Thank you again Tony and crew!!
