Do not call this business for help! If I could give it NO STARS I would. This is not an individual. It is an answering service. You cannot schedule your request, or check to see where your request in in the job queue. You will not know when or if they are coming at all. I had several small handyman type jobs I needed help with. I must have called seven or eight times. The only thing I was told was that, ""a message would be sent"". I waited two weeks for help before trying other handymen. None of the others were any better. I was promised call backs which never happened, and left voice mail messages which were never returned. I am elderly and need assistance with many small repairs. I put my life on hold while waiting for someone to call or come by to help me. This is NOT a reliable service.
