Dave arrived early this morning and worked extremely efficiently! My running toilet, which I neglected for over a year, was fixed in less than an hour. Excellent customer service and professionalism. I was initially impressed with their attention to cleanliness while working in my home, but follow-up service for a deficient water heater installation has been dismal. I was first told they never installed that type of heater, then that they never installed it in the first place. They failed to install a heat trap in the hot water line and hot water is migrating into my cold water, wasting energy and resulting in warm water coming out of the cold faucets. On top of that, a bad braze on the expansion tank results in a tea-kettle whistling noise when heating up. They have failed to respond to three calls for service; I would never recommend them.

My water heater broke, gushing water all over the basement. Baker's came over almost immediately, gave a quote and completed an install of a new water heater within hours. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
