Best service ever. I called him and he was here within a half hour and had my shower up and running in an hour. On a weekend. Without a weekend fee. I'm grateful to have a new plumber well worth what he charges.

I walked down to the basement in the morning and found water everywhere. I immediately shut the main valve off, left messages to a few plumbers, and began to move my book boxes and electronic equipment out. But the water leaking didn't stop. I found corrosion and cracks in the metal pipe between the water meter and the water main. Two technicians from the Roto-Rooter came but they said the repair should be done by the town and it's not their responsibility, but just took the check. A town officer recommended a few plumbers who can do the job and Mr. Baker was the only plumber who called back. To make a long story short, Mr. Baker fixed the problem in no time and he also addressed potential problems that might occur down the road. So I asked him to replace a the partially corroded type M copper pieces with new ones. His long experience in this field obviously is shown in his professionalism and trust. The price was very reasonable and we are very happy with what he did for my old house.

On an earlier review I gave Stephen L Baker a single star and wrote ""Beware"". But he has corrected the situation. He returned my call and sent an HVAC specialist from another firm who fixed the problem -- at Stephen's expense and no expense to me.
