Very happy with their customer service and work completed. They were very quick in scheduling the work to be done. The plumbers cleaned up after themselves to the point you couldn't even tell any work had been done. They also wore masks the entire time. I will be utilizing them for all of our plumbing or HVAC needs.

I've been waiting for my 10-2 timeframe. It is now 3:15 and I just got a call that the plumber says my job is too hard and he won't be coming. Wow. I'm surprised this company is still in business with customer service like this. Do not bother.

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. I'm only giving 1 star because 0 isn't an option. My appointment was scheduled for a 12-4 pm time block several days in advance and no one showed up. No one called to say they weren't coming and I had to call their call service 4 times before I recieved a call back. The person that called back was non-chalant about the whole ordeal and even stated he didn't see a record of my calls or my appointment. Good try, buddy but you're a liar. The call service confirmed my appointment each time I called. Then after me missing half a day of work they stated they didn't have anyone that could come out to fix the issue. I've never encountered a business with such poor reliability and customer service. I never write reviews, but people should be warned about this place.

These people do excellent work. They are professional and courteous. Their attention to detail and superb customer service will keep them on my list to call for all my plumbing, heat/air needs. I highly recommend them.

I've used them exclusively for 23 years, but they recently replaced a water heater for me and the entire experience has been a bad one. They cut a hole in my ceiling and didn't tell me they wouldn't replace it until after the new heater was installed. Then, when the office staff called to schedule the code inspection I was given a date and waited all day with no code inspector arriving. I called the plumber the next day and was told they called me (no call or message recorded on my phone) 2 weeks ago to let me know the code inspectors don't do water heaters on Mondays or Tuesdays (my appt. was on a Monday) and it was really hard to get an appointment made for an inspection. I called the inspector's myself and they laughed when I told them the excuse I was given and said that was absolutely false, they do inspections on water heaters Mon-Fri. So I asked if I could make my own appointment and cut out the plumber. They gave me the permit number and other information to schedule an appointment myself and I did it in under 5 minutes with no problem whatsoever. Needless to say, I will not use Ray Baker again. They lied to me and were inherently inept at the way they handled the situation. It's disappointing, especially after 23 years of good service.

My husband and I have used Ray Baker for years and we get consistently good service from professional, knowledgeable techs each time. I just called to have someone come out tomorrow to fix several leaks and a slow-draining tub. The representative who answered the phone was pleasant but concise. I have an appointment for tomorrow; this company has always been able to take care of our plumbing problems promptly and at a fair price.

Our Home Shield Warranty service called in an emergency call to this company for our air conditioner to be serviced. We have a baby and our air unit was not turning on at all. They were supposed to come Sunday night, but we never heard from them. Since it was Memorial Day weekend, we thought it would be too much to expect someone to come out that late anyway. Monday morning at 8:30, we got a call that someone would be right out. At 11:30 we call the company asking for an estimated time and they said they had already been out and no one came to the door. I don't believe they knocked because there are 5 people in our small house who didn't hear anything! They said they wouldn't be able to send someone out this day. They could have called on the phone or rang the doorbell. They also quoted $80-$90 per lb of freon which is an inflated price and not comparable to other heating, cooling, and air companies.

I called over the weekend and left a message. Someone called back in an hour to confirm it wasn't an emergency (because they were willing to come out if it was). I said no but scheduled for Monday. They called Monday to confirm. Due to scheduling changes on my end I had to call back to move the time. Super super nice customer service and extremely accommodating. Tech arrived right on time and looked and acted extremely professionally. He fixed my problem right away and gave me a 10% discount for using Angies List. I would definitely recommend and will always use again if I need a plumber.
