Mr Baker looked at our well and tried on a part which did not help.He took the part back off and referred us to a pump installer.since he doesn't do pump installations,he charged us $0.Now that's a good price.

I had a plumbing emergency - a leaking pipe inside a wall. I called Baker Plumbing and they came and had it all fixed within 2 hours. You can't beat that!

It took over a month to get our shower fixed. It took a few weeks for him to try to track down a part he needed, which in the end he couldn't find. So he had to replace the whole fixture. Communication wasn't great. Had to ask him for updates week after week as he did not volunteer any info (we didn't know he was looking for parts, all we knew was it had been two weeks and our shower still didn't work and hadn't heard from him). Eventually got the new fixture in and it leaked water everywhere after the first shower - had to call him back to fix that part. Wasn't bad service, just a series of unfortunate events, if you will. But we had hoped to have this issue fixed a lot faster.

Terry is professional, efficient and a man of integrity. I cannot think of any contractor that I've ever worked with who has been as delightful to engage. I have had him do two very large renovation jobs - nearly re-plumbing the entire houses, as well as some small repairs on my own home. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Simply the best!
