We have had sump pumps replaced in the middle of a storm when it gave out. A water tank replaced in record time when it was leaking right before we were going out of town. Great service

Had a leak in vent pipe. Called them in am and they were at my home by 4:30 on in the same day. Fix was easy for them and now I have to repaint a bedroom ceiling.
They also checked date on water heater so I will have an idea as to when that will fail. It is from 2013 so I'm about 2 years they will be back here because of a water heater.

Water heater went out on me. Called around for a few quotes. Baker Plumbing beat all the other prices. Their team came for same day service. He called and gave me an hour when he would be there. Showed up exactly on time. Explained everything. Work was quick and clean. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. Price was exactly what he said. I had a shower that wouldn't shut off in an old house. I called another plumber recommended by some friends and was left waiting all day, and eventually blown off. My wife said someone recommended Baker Plumbing to her so I called them.

The plumber gave me a definite time range of an hour when he'd be there (unlike the first plumber who told me he'd get there when he could) and showed up in that range. He was always friendly, courteous and polite. He explained what he thought the problem might be, what the worse case scenerio might entail and the options for both. When it was determined that he needed extra parts, he had parts by the next morning and took care of the issue. The price he quoted me originally was awesome and the same price he ended up charging. An excellent experience all around, and I'll be happy to recommend Baker Plumbing to anyone who asks me in the future.
