Francisco is fantastic!

We wanted a bathtub installed in our house, and another plumber who didn't offer that service highly recommended Baja Plumbing, and we are so glad they did.

Francisco is personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and gets the work done quickly and beautifully. We wanted the tub installed in a spot that had NO previous plumbing at all -- a totally blank slate -- and Francisco was able to make it magically happen, from installing all the groundwork into the floor and walls, to neatly placing the faucet and hardware, to finally fitting the enormous bathtub. They even hauled away the pallet the new tub was on, which we didn't even realize until we went to tear it down ourselves. That was so unexpected and appreciated. Talk about above and beyond.

He communicated any potential issues and solutions so we wouldn't be anxious if something didn't seem right. He answered our questions kindly and in layman's terms so we never felt like we weren't sure what was going on. He and his team were so respectful of our home, us, and even our cats.

We were in very capable hands for such a huge project, which made it a great experience. I love relaxing in my new bathtub!

Set up appt for Thursday between 4 and 6. Called me about 2:00 or 3:00 to say he had finished his other job early and was available to come earlier. No problem. Looked to sink and gave me run down on problem and cost to fix. When can you start? He could come next day between 4 and 6 again otherwise would be about a week. No problem. Said he would call me if he finished his other jobs early, which he did. He got sink fixed, cleaned everything up after himself. He showed me the camera going down drain and explained what we were looking at. Felt very comfortable with the job/service he provided and will call him again if I have any other problems.

They responded very quickly and replaced our parts fast and efficiently. Francisco was courteous and professional. He took our old parts and cleaned up as well.
