This company never shows up if they find out you had called another plumber to do any kind of work in your house. They don't care if it is an emergency

My toilets backed up on a Monday morning, I called Bains in Conrad to come snake it. They showed up a few hours later and the workers were extremely friendly ect. Well 3 days later it happened AGAIN. On a Saturday of course. I called and left a message and called numerous other places as it was apparent they were not open on Saturday. I made arrangements for my family to stay somewhere else as we had NO working toilets in the house. Travis called and I explained the situation and he stated he would be out the next day (Sunday). Totally acceptable...right? He comes out, does a great job. Admits they didn't flush it all the way out and the clog got re-hung up. No biggie. It happens...until i get the bill. They charged me a labor fee for him coming out again, within the same week, for the SAME ISSUE. Unacceptable. So i called and spoke with Anna, who took over for Patti. She was completely rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience of having to go without toilets when they had just been there! I asked if they guarantee their work and she said yes BUT ""they thought they got it all"" Not a way to run a business. Them ""thinking"" they completed the job and having to come out is on them NOT me as a paying customer. I would love to keep my business local but I will not tolerate being treated like that.

If you want multiple visits no shows,and making you feel insignificant this is company for you. They said they would call us and come to house. Never called, 3 weeks later. Called another plumber in Conrad yesterday here today all done and at good price.
