They cannot perform the services they say they can. You will end up having to call another company to complete your job! And you will never get a call from anyone to address your concerns. Skip this company.

A client of mine recommended Bailey's because they had called them once for an emergency and their simple problem was resolved. I called them to check out a wet spot under my house. The receptionist was less than friendly, especially when I asked her 4 times what their service fee was. The answer was ""The plumber will tell you when he comes out there"" every single time. The plumber came and asked me where the wet spot is. I told him under the house and my suspicion that the source may be the dishwasher as it has leaked off and on a few times in the past couple of months. He immediately went to the dishwasher and took an hour to finally tell me no appearance of leaking. Then he finally went under the house and saw that the wet spot wasn't even in the area of the kitchen but of the upstairs bathroom! After an hour of being under the house and having me flush the toilet once, he determined nothing. I asked him how much I owe, he responded that a bill will be sent. A couple of weeks later we got the bill ----- $200!!!!! I will never ever use them again and will make sure that my large network knows of my experience. When they won't even give you a minimum service charge amount something is shady.

I have used these people in the past and I had gotten good work. I called them again as I had an additional problem and I got a different plumber. They found the issue quickly but I found a day later that the sink had flooded. they took two different days to get the problem fully fixed and not only charged but reported that the valve under the sink was poor quality and that they take no responsibility if the valve broke when they worked on it.

They appear to have multiple knowledgeable people on staff but if any mistakes are made be weary you'll be paying for it.
