Unless you want taken complete advantage of by dishonest plumbers that show up with, off the invoice, cash prices half way through the job, BUYER BEWARE!!! Let me paint you a picture. I had a semi-severe plumbing issue at a rental property I own over the weekend that needing attention. I called a few places and liked Bailey's estimate the best so I had them come out. My quote was around $500, and that was right around what my invoice came out to once the work with my toilet was done. ""JJ"", the plumber assigned to my job then turned to us and said, now as far as the pipe that needs replaced, let's talk the cash price. (Although I'd just paid him in cash) I was a perplexed but kept listening, I mean, we'd called him because we do not know pipes, that was his forte.) Please note that he waited to have this conversation about this ""cash price"" he was proposing until he had cut a fairly large chunk of pipe out of the ground so either we pay him to fix it, OR we pay someone else. (Way to tie our hands, JJ) At this point, we counted our cash and had an extra $100. JJ told us that wasn't enough and said he would finish the job for $125. We then made a trip to the bank for his additional $25 ""cash price"" still scratching our heads about the work and money being left off the invoice. We are business owners and would shut some things ALL the way down if we were ever to find our employees conducting themselves in this manner with our customers. JJ then tried to stick us for an additional ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS at that point, we said NO, you're trying to hustle us, JJ. And rehashed the story, and he took his extra $125 and finished the job. One positive is he cleaned up after himself.

We have had to call them twice and friends have also called them. We all have had excellent service. They came right out to help us, which is wonderful thing when you are having a sewer or drain problem. Also, the charge for the service was very reasonable.
