Request a quote to service a hot water heater that was running out of hot water very quickly. They quoted me $900 for the job to replace thermostats and heating elements and it felt too much so we decided against using them. After words I spent $33 at low's for the parts needed and it took 20 minutes to replace everything. This company attempted to absolutely rob us with their quote. Stay far far away, this company is extremely untrustworthy.

Still deeply, DEEPLY disturbed by what I saw when the technician was at our home last month. It was wildly inappropriate, illegal and hopefully it will NEVER happen to anyone else. Three times it happened to me and my Ring camera even caught it on tape. I felt unsafe and disgusted. If you know what I'm referring to please contact me so we can compare notes.

I'm aware of the positive reviews and I know you can't please everyone. But I had an appointment that they cancelled on the very same day. We rescheduled for the next day from 8 to 12. I was called again at the end of my time window that they were backed up and would be late. For two days I changed my schedule to accommodate Baileys. I saw two Bailey's trucks at another home in my neighborhood and it became obvious that they took on a much higher paying job than mine and disregarded my time.
So disappointed. I won't be using them again as they are not dependable.

RUN far from this company. What a nightmare. Was charged almost 5k to replace a water heater. Received the invoice AFTER the card was charged. When trying to get an explanation of cost I've been told by multiple employees I have to speak with a supervisor and no one can give me a day or time the supervisor is available. Then asked for a manager and was told ""they don't know what time they work"". It's 8am on a Friday? I have no words. Went to the BBB.

Although the Technician Sean was really nice and helpful. However, it's not his fault that the Company overcharge their Customers. I had a Wax ring installed for $381. Ridiculous. The ring at Home Depot cost $10. He was at my home for under an hour. NEVER again. I was desperate and needed the work done to stop a leak. I wouldn't recommend. I don't believe these reviews are legit, because I can't imagine Folks being ok with their high fees. Probably reviews from Employees and Family Members. Don't buy it. He quoted me $1800 to have a flange replaced. Absolutely NOT!!! Consider yourselves warned about this Company's high fees.

I had a very bad experience with Bailey yesterday and no resolution yet. I called Bailey's for A/C certification (condo requirement), the technician (Tom) said the system is not cooling fast and he will fix it. When I asked if it is covered in the service, he didn't answer and all he did was clean the fan ventilation claiming that lot of dirt is accumulated in the fan filter and added refrigerant. He later gave me a bill for $690 for the work, when I challenged him for the bill he started negotiating the price and finally asked me how much I am willing to pay. He demanded a final amount of $308 but the issue is A/C still does not blow cold air.
I called Bailey and complained the person I spoke with mentioned that she cannot handle this issue and will escalate it to her supervisor and the supervisor will call us on Sunday but no one called us. Bailey sent a very unprofessional technician and charged us lot of money for a problem that is not fixed.

Updating my review. I complained to the BBB. Bailey replied they had given us an invoice before they started and we signed it. Out and out lie. The tech gave us a Bailey business card with the total amount due after he completed the work. Then they forged a signature ( look at it- anyone can tell this is a forged scribble)! So not only is Bailey guilty of price gouging ( look at the price listed for each item. Plumbers normally have a fixed rate to come out and then charge you for itemized parts), they are Kiera and forgers. Beware!

Bailey Plumbing wouldn't give me any type of price estimate over the phone for anything, and told me I would need to wait for the technician to arrive. Our window was 8-12, and they didn't show up until four hours after twelve. I had to call our of work and they were four hours late....and then quoted me almost $765 to snake a line of the toilet needed to be removed. Oh, but they offered a discount for being late, $20 dollar coupon. Will never use them EVER again. They do not respect time and price gouge. For comparison, the lady time we got our line snaked, it was $127.
