have not used them, but saw one of their drivers in traffic in Morgan Hill. Was texting on the phone (and I know many folks do that), then missed his green light (ok, the folks behind him will have to wait a little), but then decided to run an obvious red light as he was making his left turn.
So, my review is not about the quality of their work (cannot attest to that), but how they endanger others in traffic.

Roy Lopez was friendly and respectful throughout his visit. Roy demonstrated his ability to identify the problem, investigate, and find a logical solution. As a bonus, Roy was relatable and kind to our kids.

Our kitchen sink was backed up and bringing in water. This was our third time having to unclog our kitchen sink, unfortunately. We had called around to couple of places and Bailey Plumbing was able to come out the same day. Despite placing preventions by using a netted drain strainer, disposing oil in glass jars, running hot water after doing the dishes, and not putting anything down the garbage disposal, our pipes had three blockages that Roy was able to break through. Roy started off with a smaller machine, but moved onto a heavier-duty machinery and got the job done. It may have something to do with the older pipes further down the line. Roy suggested we could get a camera down there to confirm and assess our next steps.

Excellent customer service, craftsmanship and reliability. I am so pleased with the work that Bailey plumbing did for me today. Roy came out and inspected everything for my new washer and dryer, I felt very confident with his suggestions. Omar and Charlie came and completed all the plumbing work with Roy's supervision - A+ work! Then Carlos came and patched all the drywall and made everything look better than new. My new valves, casing and pipes are beautiful (can plumbing work be beautiful? Mine is!) and I'm ready for my new washer and dryer to be delivered. The work is a 12/10! So thankful to Bailey Plumbing. The benefits and kindness of a family business with the security and amenities of a large corporation. Roy even brought a teddy bear for my daughter. Like I said, the kindness and craftsmanship is 100% and will keep me as a returning customer.

Beware! This is not a trustworthy plumbing company. We had them put in a clean out in front of our house. They charged our credit card without our permission and forged signatures on the invoice/work order. They charged us $1000 for the permit from the city of San Jose when the permit only cost $257.68. We were assured by James that the city charged $1000. We will be reporting them to the State Contractors Licensing Board.

My husband and I own an older property and have had trouble with the sewer since not long after we bought the place. By May of this year, one of the bathrooms was totally unusable, and the other was backing up frequently. We tried to get help from a plumber we'd used before. They struggled to get us an estimate of the work, and didn't seem like they could handle the job. A second plumber came out that seemed a bit more capable, but we weren't sure they had assessed the issues sufficiently. The two estimates we got from these companies were also wildly different from each other.

After searching online and seeing good reviews for Bailey Plumbing, I called and was immediately impressed with Becky's and then John's professionalism. This continued as Sal helped move the project from estimating to completing the work. When our plumbing was still backing up a couple of days after the crew had completed the job, I contacted the office (Becky) feeling very discouraged. This was late on a Friday afternoon, but Bailey sent Randy out immediately. Randy was outstanding and took care of the immediate problem, while also scheduling more in-depth work early the following week.

The crew came out again (Sal, Randy, and Charlie) and made sure everything was in tip-top shape before leaving. We haven't had any problems since and, as I told Sal, Bailey will be our go-to plumbing company in the future.

Had a drainage pipe issue that affected me and my neighbor. Roy was the main person who came out to resolve our issue. Very respectful, polite and transparent about the process. Got the job done efficiently. Definitely recommend this company because they do good work and are great with customer service

I am pleased to write another review for this great company. My 30+year old recirculating pump needed to be replaced. I knew just who to call. Randy and his team, Jose and Alex who assisted did a great job. Due to space constraints, my water heater needed to be removed in order to do the installation of the new pump and timer. I t was all done within four hours. They did a good job of cleaning up, made sure everything was in working order and went on their way.

Have nothing but great things to say about Bailey Plumbing. Alex who helped me figure out the issue with my plumbing was professional and explained what had happened in ways I could understand. The very next day, Joe the owner of the company came and inspected my issues, and gathered enough information to give me a very competitive quote. They came and fixed (replaced a lot of old galvanized pipes) with new copper plumbing all in one day, and worked with me to get it to the point where I could afford all of the work that I needed done. They under promised and over delivered. So I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and professional Plumbing company that takes into consideration what the homeowner needs and can afford. They value doing the job right, and it shows.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Currently have a gas leak. Tech ran a pressure test. Was clearly low pressure. Pressure test is $800!! Didn't want to check below the house due to the smell and safety concerns. Instantly said all pipes needed to be replaced. Quoted $12,000-13,000 Returned an hour later which gas had been shut off and tech ""couldn't"" turn back on for safety concerns. Asked him to check the area where the smell was coming, he then went under the house. Inspected all piping and could not locate the leak. My husband is the one who suggested it was probably in the area below ground due to moisture. Quote to dig up and replace pipe = 2500
Quote to redirect pipe (no digging) $3000
Quote for us to dig up and they replace pipe $1700.
We dug up the pipe and found the corroded area where the leak was. We called the office to have them come out to fix the following day. We haven't heard from them. Called the tech to follow up we wanted the pipe fixed. And haven't heard back from him.
So we called a local company and they are fixing the area of issue for roughly $400.
I'm $800 out from this joke of a company (Bailey plumbing). We got taken advantage of to say the least.
