Owning a home out of state can be hard when something goes wrong. We have several rentals in Nevada and needed a quick response to locate and repair a leak. Don and the Bailey Plumbing family came highly recommended by our property manager Lisa from Prominent Realty. Don has been super awesome to work with and they did a great job fixing our plumbing issues quickly so that our neighbors and tenant could get back to normal. He did a very thorough check locating not only the leaks but also finding and fixing a potential issue with the dishwasher installation that was done by another person. They also did not over charge us, so I will definitely be using them for my future Vegas plumbing needs.

I love this company! The plumber Sergio and Fernando were knowledgeable and professional! They installed shower fixtures, my stove and ran new plumbing for my walk-in shower that made it easier for my caregivers. They found a problem with my water heading that no one else could figure out. Don and his company were a true blessing to my household. If we could give Don Bailey of Bailey Plumbing a ""minus 1"", that would be too generous. This business owner has NO Customer Service skills. He talks to customers in a condescending
tone and manner. His ""employee"" was sent out to install all new Kohler faucets, new water filtration system, new Insinkerator garbage disposal, and new pipes. He had to come back after the elbow separated from the drain pipe under our kitchen sink. The drain water flooded our kitchen cabinet and ruined our hardwood floor. Then he installed an extender pipe, which we were told by another plumber, should have been part of the initial installation. After avoiding our calls, Don Bailey took 10 days to come to our home to inspect the damage. He then denied any responsibility!!! Beware of this company.

I've used Bailey for my kitchen remodel last year to install a new sink and dishwasher. Very satisfied. But this week they went above and beyond! After a flood in my house on a Sunday night, Don Bailey FaceTimed with us to walk us through how to figure out the issue and stop the water. Great guy!!

Bailey Plumbing was one of the subcontractors for a kitchen project in our home. They did great work installing a whole new sink, faucet, RO system. There was a leak in the RO system installation, but they were quick to return. Don (owner) responded to my email promptly within 24 hours, which was most appreciated. Give 'em a call.

Talked to the owner on Friday (before Monday holiday - Labor Day) on the phone about a list of issued to be fixed. At the end of our lengthy conversation he said he has to talk to his technician about coming out and giving me an estimate for all jobs I mentioned. Promised to reconnect with me after the holiday (Tuesday). Today is end of day on Wednesday - no call or text message from them... I guess they don't want the business, I am moving on to use someone else.

I met Bailey Plumbing via my general contractor. They promptly responded to my condo to insure that we had hot water after the original tank failed. Their office and field staff were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. With the assistance and coordination of the general contractor, Bailey Plumbing made sure things got back to normal especially in view there was a elderly occupant. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for home maintenance and improvements.

I just wanted to share my appreciation to Don at Bailey Plumbing, although I did not obtain services for any plumbing issues, I will certainly be calling Bailey Plumbing if I ever do need plumbing services because of the great care and concern Don had for an unusual situation I had. I had an emergency regarding my Benji Bear, he got his paw stuck in the drain trap of the master bath for nearly 4 hours, after numerous efforts of trying to get his paw out ourselves and calling other resources with no success, there was no other resolve than to try to remove or cut the metal drain trap, which at the time we did not have the proper tools for. I called and spoke with Don, again I really appreciate his efforts in trying to get someone out to assist in the matter and wanting to know the status of my Benji....you are a saint Sir and I can't thank you enough:-)
