I can't say enough great things about Baggette Plumbing. As with most plumbing issues, ours came at a non-ideal time, with our main water line leaking in our yard. Bob and Beau were extremely responsive and came out to survey the problem and offer an estimate for the fix. They provided multiple solutions, ranging in cost and difficulty, showing that they are very thorough and skilled, while also committed to providing the best service and value to their clients. They stated they had existing scheduled engagements, but would be able to provide a temporary fix to get us running water in a day. Then, the plan called for a permanent solution the following week. Bob and Beau showed up the next day, as promised. They were extremely focused and got right to work on the issue. They were mindful of our yard and property, taking special care to avoid unnecessary disturbance and damage. They freely offered up information on their work and techniques, as I asked many questions throughout the day. The most amazing part is that while they were only supposed to do a temporary fix that day, they ended up completing the entire job in that time. They were able to completely reroute our main water line, replacing it with industry standard materials. Additionally, they displayed excellent craftsmanship in their work, providing extra insulation and design to ensure our new line was well protected and secure. Plumbing emergencies are extremely stressful, as running water is essential for a household to function. They never happen at a good time, and often completely disrupt people's lives with the chaos they create. And they are rarely cheap endeavors for a home owner to endure. Baggette Plumbing proved to an excellent contractor to come in and save the day by providing solid, reliable service at a reasonable cost. Plumbing is a skilled craft, and talented, experience companies are worth the fees they charge.. I highly recommend them for your next project, as I definitely will be using them in the future.

My experience with Bob Baggette's plumbing is the worst I've ever had with a contractor. While cutting old plumbing in the kitchen his saw poked two large holes in my shower surround in the adjacent bathroom. It wasn't until a week after he finished that I noticed drywall dust in the back of a closet, his saw cut clear through another wall leaving an 8"""" cut. And after all the work, the drain that he lowered in order to accommodate a deeper sink and disposal (which he measured) is still too high! After new cabinets were installed and granite counter tops (all standard sized), the disposal can't be installed. To add insult to injury, he charged me for all of his time going to get supplies three different times and I paid a premium for the work...over $800. I learned my lesson with this guy, go with a larger company that can guarantee their work despite the cost.

Great plumber. Will use him always. Great work, reasonably priced. Had to put in main waterline from meader to house, under driveway, brushes. Installed new turnoff cover in porch concrete and turnoff. Took up the grass and put it back. You could not tell any work had been done. Awsome. And a nice and polite man as well. You would be pleased to use his service.

Recently purchased an older home. The addition bathroom giving us issues from the start. W/d and kitchen sink all backing up into addition bathtub. Had two other vendors out to try and correct issue. Found temporary fixes but nothing lasting. Made an apt w Beau(called on a Mon and couldn't get an apt till Friday). We decided to wait for the appointment with a bathtub full of stinky gray water because his reviews were so good on Google! We sure are glad we did wait. Less than an hour later and a fraction of what we have already spent w other guys and voila our bathtub is no longer backing up! Beau went on our roof instead of under the house (like one other vendor did.) This was truly a godsend. He deserves way more credit! Thank you!

Baggette Plumbing is one of the worst professional service companies I have ever dealt with. I had a hot water pipe break under my patio. I called my home warranty company and they dispatched this father son combination. When they arrived they both looked at the area where the water was leaking up from the concrete slab, and told me that they would have to send the estimate for repairs to the warranty company for authorization to repair. A full day went by and I did not hear back from them so I called the Warranty company to inquire about the status as I had now been without water for 3 days in my home. Warranty Company advised me that they were sending another Plumber for a second opinion as they felt that Baggette estimate was way to high ($1800.00). The warranty company would only pay up to $1000.00 if Jack Hammer Through concrete was required. The 2nd opinion company advised me that they could not come to my home until Monday which meant that I would be without any water from Weds - Monday (6 Days) and then the 2nd opinion company would have to submit their estimate to the warranty company for authorization to repair. In all had I waited it would of meant being without house hold water for 7 or 8 days. I called Beau Baggette (the son) back and asked what he would charge to do the repair if I paid out of pocket today. He told me the same $1800.00, I said that is way to much as I who may not be the smartest person on the block knew that it could be done in about 3 hours. I asked him if he could do it in 3 hours as I feel that would be best case scenario how much would he charge? He advised $900.00. Being without water and not wanting to wait another 4 or 5 days for the other company to repair I told him to do the work. The job from start to finish took 2 1/2 hours so the $900 I paid them was more then $300 per-hour I feel that is excessive and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well as the State Licensing Agency. Now it gets better. When they completed the job on Friday 7/27/18 Beau Baggette left behind his bucket of the broken up concrete on my patio. They advised that they would be back on Tuesday 7/31/18 to give an estimate on a total house re-pipe due to the old pipes that run along my foundation. They returned on Tuesday and their was another plumbing company sitting in his truck writing an estimate. I told the Baggette folks that I always get 3 quotes on large expenditures. The Baggette crew then went through the entire home viewing what needed to be done to re-pipe home. They then went to the truck to write the estimate they said and about 5 minutes later I heard their truck leaving. I called Beau and asked why he had left with out giving me the estimate and Beau stated. """" His Father is 72 years old and had a Bathroom Emergency"""" When I told him that his father could of used either of my bathrooms that he had just measured and left, Beau's response was """"Well we don't think we can do the job"""" I asked why the heck he would come over to measure for the job if he did not think they could do it in the first place.? The best part of this Tragedy is that while Beau was on the patio doing all the jack hammering and fixing of the pipe, the Father Bob Baggette who claims to be a former Navy See Bea was trying to teach me about the King James Bible telling me that he gives Bible Study Lessons, and asking me What is God's name, and what is the only true religion. Further when they left on Tuesday without the estimate they again did not take their bucket of broken concrete which was now sitting on my patio for 5 days. I sent him and email last night complaining about this sloppiness and he was at my from door waking everyone up at 8am today to retrieve his bucket. I would suggest that anyone who thinks about using their service get a price up from at what the hourly labor rate is. Even at $300 per-hour that I paid them that is way to excessive to put a patch on a broken pipe and completed in less then 2 1/2 hours. In my opinion this company will gauge you on prices, Be wary, and cautious.

I've had the misfortune of needing a few different plumbing services since the end of summer, which is always costly and almost always stressful and unpleasant. Most plumbers are vague and standoffish about offering any kind of estimate over the phone, which is understandable, but the way that most of them seem ready to charge you for a service call just to come look at it and bid on the job is ridiculous. Just getting someone to to come look in a reasonable timeframe is like pulling teeth. When I called this company it fortunately was not a crisis situation, I just needed a drain redirected in my kitchen where we were redoing the cabinets. I suppose the company is comprised of a father and son, but it was the son who I dealt with. He was extremely polite and personable over the phone, which was refreshing. When he came out his bid was pretty fair and since he was so pleasant and respectful I decided to use his services. My fiance watched him work, being mechanically minded man he is always curious about such things and the plumbing professional was very patient in explaining what he was doing and why which made my fiance so happy. Overall my personal experience with this company was a good one, and I would definitely offer any future bids to him first for consideration.

My landlord hired this moron. All he needed to do was shut the water off to the house and repair a shower fixture. I told him twice that he needed to shut the water off to the house, and also mentioned how brittle the pipes are. He agreed and said he knew the pipes were brittle because he worked on other units before. He then proceeded to break the pipes without turning the water off and also left the bathtub faucet on so gallons of water were dumping into the ceiling of my garage, which my husband had just repaired from water damage. When the water started pouring, instead of calling me to bring towels or help plug the gushing leak, he took several minutes slowly coming downstairs and then offhandedly mentioned that there was a crack and he had to shut the water off. I was surprised that the water wasn't already off. It sounded like he just had a pinhole leak, but when I went upstairs gallons of water were pouring into the wall and spraying all over my closet and wood floor. I tried to plug it as best I could until he got the water turned off. I wiped up everything and then went downstairs and saw that gallons of water had come through the ceiling and dumped all over my belongings in my garage, also ruining the brand-new ceiling. While I was running around trying to sop up water, I heard his van start. The man left without a word to me! He didn't apologize or anything. I thought he was just running to buy materials until my landlord called and said she'd send another plumber out later. I found out later that he lied to her and told her that he was unable to complete the job because it needed two people, which is absolutely ridiculous. This guy was disrespectful, incompetent, cowardly, and a liar. Word to the wise: do not let this man anywhere near your house, let alone give him any money.

*EDIT TO MY FIRST REVIEW* After my review he contacted my mother offering partial refund in exchange for me to edit my reviews. She was pleases with the refund. She still paid well over quoted amount.
