Today I had a water leak repaired by Mark Bagby. Not only was he courteous and efficient but he didn't charge me a ridiculous amount. I have used other plumbers in the past, who by the way didn't even bother to call back, but I will not only use Bagby Plumbing but I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, efficient and economical plumber. His attention is first and foremost on customer service and solving my problem, unlike others where they jump to conclusions and hurry the job so they can move on to the next. His priorities were understanding my plumbing needs and how we could work around any scheduling issues I had with my water heater replacement. I felt confident with his plan of attack and feel like I really have a go-to-guy for all my future plumbing needs!
