Awesome company! I text them in the evening when I had a water leak. They immediately answered my text, diagnosed my problem and set an appointment to be out the next morning. Since I could text them a picture of the problem, they showed up with all the parts they needed. 30 minutes after arriving, my problem was fixed. Very nice and very professional. Could not have asked for better service.

I've had bag-pipe do work for me for my plumbing AND natural gas lines on a couple of different occasions and had a great experience. Very high prices, gives verbal statements. If you request one in writing, it will be emailed AFTER you pay and will not be itemized. New owner has issues. Expect lots of attitude and average work. Does not accept credit cards. Just call another company.
