I contacted Abdul last night about pricing estimates . We scheduled an appointment at 10 am. for today. He was very punctual and even text me of his arrival time. He found the problem within minutes and fixed the clogged toilet, and his price matched our earlier discussion. He is honest, professional, and my go to plumber in the future.

Was displeased with the service due to the mess left. I will have to pay someone else to clean the stain in my carpet. Was not bad enough that he made the stain and then covered it up with a toilet throw rug. This company should be put out of business. No excuse !

Abdul came to my house next day to do some tricky water valve replacements. He offered a fair price and did the work that took longer due to the difficulty of replacing a valve from a very short pipe. Job was well done. I spoke with Abdul about my concerns about his communication with me as a customer. At a certain point I didn't feel confident in his work not due to his skills but due to the way he informed us about concerns we had. After job done and I talked to him directly, I addressed my concerns and felt more confident and will definitely call him back if I need a plumber.

Guy came out to give estimate but never mentioned anything about an estimate fee then tried to charge me $25 as some sort of standard visit fee despite not even having the service I needed and never posting in their advertisement or telling me in our messages that they charge a fee just to visit. I said I wouldn't pay since it wasn't ever announced to me and he said he would ""let us pass this time."" Hilarious - that's not how these things work. If no pricing is stated upfront, you can't just charge for stuff you make up afterwards.
