Badger Plumbing did, as they always do, a great job fixing a problem with our kitchen sink and waste pipe to the crawl. We've had the problem off-and-on for years, so they offered several options for a permanent fix. Both options sounded very reasonable and the estimate was also reasonable for the amount of work that would be done. I highly recommend them. We've been using them for years.

Glad I found Badger Plumbing in our local Next Door Group. I am remodeling my kitchen and I needed someone to fix a gas pipe with new shutoff for the stove and Tom came and did a very nice job. Then I had a new problem when I took out the old sink cabinets. My vent pipe was rusted thru and was causing some mold behind the wall so I called Badger and they were busy on another job but Tom decided to come and see what the job would entail and he saw it was not too complex so he completed the repair and removed the old rotted metal vent pipe and installed a new PVC section .... job done. i definitely will be calling when the new sink and counter top are done. They come when you need them and work you between other appointments. Always accommodating and competitive pricing too. Excellent quality work.

I rarely write reviews but I am taking the time to write one today because of the exceptional service Mike at Badger Plumbing provided. I had a very difficult kitchen faucet replacement job (2 others have tried and gave up!) and Mike was wonderful in finding a creative solution to remove a very stubborn old faucet in an impossibly small area without damaging my beautiful granite counter top. He also fixed my problematic toilet in one of my bathrooms and also fixed some leaky gas underneath my stove top. Mike was competent, kind and helpful in meeting my various plumbing needs. I will most certainly be using Badger Plumbing again in future!

Was remodeling a bathroom and Mike came highly recommended. Mike came out, looked at the job and we coordinated with the tile setter. The bathtub was removed and a full 60"" shower (custom) was to be installed. The old tub drain had to be moved but a floor joist was in the way. Mike was able to move/install the drain without cutting the floor joist. Mike also came up with an ""emergency clean-out"" in the event the drain ever needs to be cleaned out due to a blockage--the ""clean-out"" is hidden in plain site. The clean out was installed because the master bathroom and a hall bathroom share the same wall that contains the drain line and water supplies. Very professional and knows his stuff. Mike was nice to work with and will be called again!!!!!

Badger Plumbing was OK, but I don't think we'll be calling them again. We had two different experiences, one positive and one negative.
When we were in the process of purchasing our house, we called Badger for an estimate on a sewer repair, and we were very impressed. Tom met me at the house the next day, was very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful, and he gave us a fair estimate for the work. We ended up asking the seller to complete the repair, so we didn't use Badger for the job, but we had an excellent impression of Badger Plumbing.
So, two months later, we are in our new house, and we have two leaky sinks. Since we had such a great experience with Badger, I called them again. This time, however, they sent out someone who appeared to be a rookie (maybe leaky sinks don't warrant the A-Team?), and it took him WAY longer than it should have to complete the repair. He was crawling around our crawl space looking for the water shut-off, which was right next to the sink we asked him to fix. He didn't have the right parts and ran to the store. He tinkered with the faucets for most of the afternoon and seemed genuinely perplexed. He eventually figured it out and stopped the leaks, but meanwhile, he was charging us by the hour. I'm happy to pay a reasonable hourly rate for a competent plumber, but I have a problem paying full price when the plumber is clearly still learning the ropes.
My recommendation for Badger would be to send out the rookies (with the customer's knowledge and permission) for a lower rate. I would have been fine with the situation if Badger had been upfront about sending the B-Team and had priced the work accordingly, but it was very frustrating to pay a high hourly rate for a plumber whose inexperience made the job take far longer than it should have.
