Biggest rip off!! Charged $120 just to quote me $600 to unclog my toilet! I had another company come out for free to look at issue and fix clog for $200!!! Super unprofessional, and seems like a total scam and definite rip off. Do not waste your time calling this company. There are so many better companies that deserve business.

Installed a mini split AC in my garage last summer.called BB to fill the system with the proper gas.G came out to adjust and fill.he bent and kinked the tubing so bad it quit working after a few weeks.fall came and let it go.this spring i purchased a new set of copper tubes that G ruined at around $200.00'I decided to give them another chance. I called and asked them to check for leaks and to fill..he didn't have nitrogen when he showed up so he just filled the system. He actually when in the garage said(it's real cold now) and charged me and left.it was far from cool.can't reason with an idiot.Ok one more chance.came for the 3rd time to check for leaks. He had all the equipment but could not find the leak.so now I'm out more than $900.00. He actually said it cannot be repaired, you may need a new unit. TresCo A/C came out and found the leak in 3 minutes.. I live in Fl.my garage is 77 degrees now.

My freezer quit cooling. On a Sunday, I called every company I could find. Badger Bob's was the only one to answer and the technician came out within an hour. The compressor was replaced and it's working perfectly now. I wouldn't call anyone else! Very good service!

The technician was reliable and polite, took 20 minutes to fix my washer, but the only disappointment was the $250 bill. It seems excessive for 20 minutes of work.

Had a sewer backup and they came promptly and found blockage in the lines. Cleared line to main and reset 3 toilets for $850. Didnt hesitate to pay. Not two days later same backup issue and we called them to come back. They have billed an additional $350 for the blockage and when we complained they responded """"we cant guarantee our work"""". Say what? Haven't even thought of paying the 2nd invoice. Beware!

Never again. Came out to fix leak on refrigerator replaced the filter housing holder. Still leaked technician told my wife to go to home depot and get 5 dollar part to fix the leak or he would change and additional 50 dollars to fix it. This my first review ever.

Our business with Bob Burg of Badger Bob' Services was perfect. Our very old range needed some repairs, and we some TLC. Bob was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. He fixed the first issue and then we called him back for two additional range-related matters. Once again 5*****! From our experience, Bob and his company are reliable and capable.
