The technician was reliable and polite, took 20 minutes to fix my washer, but the only disappointment was the $250 bill. It seems excessive for 20 minutes of work.

I received a call, a few weeks ago, from one of my neighbors. They had a problem with the electrical in their mobile home. I went there to check out the problem and found only one leg of the power, from the meter to the home, to be good. Some place under ground a wire was broken. Last year in April they had the same problem and Badger Bob came out and spliced the wire under ground. I called up Badger Bob and arranged an appointment for a tech to assess the problem. I told Badger Bob's personnel that the people had a year warranty, parts and labor. I was told they only give a 90 day warranty. The tech came out and determined the same thing I did and stated it would cost $1600 to repair. Badger Bob then scheduled a tech to come out the week after with a tracker for under ground wiring breaks. The tech, supposedly, connected the tracker to the wires and stated there were possibly more than one break under ground and it would be about 3 weeks before they could service. The cost would be around $5800. My neighbor has no air conditioning and no working stove. Thankfully the first tech moved some wires around to provide refrigerator and microwave. I find it hard to believe that Badger Bob even tracked the wire because from what I had dug up the wires didn't even go in the direction you would have expected them to go. I have called their head electrican to talk but no response in two calls. I guess, when the company merged, they have no respect for their customers any more. I am writing this to tell the community to beware. Respectability does not seem to apply to this company any more. I will make sure to recommend other companies and relay this to everyone whom I talk.

Our air conditioner has excessive condensation. From the first place, I told them something is not right. Our house air conditioner is just one year old and they are the one who also installed. First service, they said there's nothing wrong, then condensation didn't stop. Any neighbor in our community have Badger's Bob installed doesn't have any condensation. So called second service, the manager came out and diagnosed the electrical wire in the attic wasn't wrapped and duct wasn't sealed so he said that was cause and also charged extra.But it never stopped. It got worse. Called third service, the technician seemed so reluctant to even take look in but said installer in their company got to come out and fix it. For more than one month, no contact from that department so called fourth time. The fourth technician also didn't even take a look at saying he will contact installer. Never came out so called fifth time. This time our unit was literally dripping water all over the unit. The same fifth technician showed up so later than appointment then he was very rude tossing his equipment around. I could tell definitely he was showing negligence and unwillingness. This time our pan was full of water so at least pumped water out and then again the same comment he will have manger take a look at it and construction manager should do something about our unit. This is horrible. I have never had this dumb service and none of their technician wanted to fix or knew how to fix or didn't care the homeowner's concern. This company just want to make money and once warranty gets over neglecting and treating like no one. They didn't fix our issue yet. Tried to talk with manager but even customer service member didn't transfer me saying their system can't transfer the line. This is crazy. I even put the review in their website and asked me to contact to their email address but my email never gets delivered saying unavailable server. Response to your response: Are you kidding me? That's the e-mail address your company told me to send contact info and tried more than several times. Guess what? My email never gets delivered! Server error! So this means your marketing is just showing jesters not true effort! Your email address is a fake one to just show in public. My mail never gets delivered even after more than 5 times attempts! It's deceptive! Don't even put response if you are not serious.

Horrible service. Purchased a new AC 3yrs ago and have had repeated problems. They do not return phone calls after repeated attempts. Do not buy from them! Company was sold several years ago and new owner just doesn't care about customer service!

I thought my new AC was installed correctly and I originally stated so a few weeks ago. There was a leaky drain pipe. The pipe was repaired but I am left with a big water stain that I truly hope doesn't promote mold especially inside which I can't see.

Had water dripping from my air handler. After 2 repairs I paid for including replacing Air Handler Insulation and replacing the coil, my AC works worse than it did before Badger Bob's ever stepped foot in my house. Over 2 months, they have been to my house 6 times, did the 2 repairs, recharged my refrigerant multiple times. I was supposed to have an """"experienced"""" technician out, but the appointment has been pushed twice. I will no longer be doing business with Badger Bob's.

I've used Bob's services in two different properties since 2013 and have never been disappointed. Bob is an owner/operator with great staff backing him up. For me, he's done repairs on Dacor microwave, washing machine, replacing garbage disposal, GE Monogram fridge, oven, and vent hood (the complicated pop-up kind you should *never* buy... but it was already in our house). Friendly guy, honest estimates, quick service.

They are not transparent with pricing. do not business with this company. The scheduler on phone said they would have someone call me to let me know labor cost since I was supplying the part. the next call I get to confirm appointment time then trying to sell me some maintenance plan.

I would rate Badger Bob the lowest of any professional service company i have ever used (Minus 5 stars)-not for the quality of the work they perform, but for what I consider (as an attorney) to be fraudulent business practices. We have used this service for several years for minor plumbing and repair work as the estimates they provided prior to coming to our residence to perform their services were always accurate and in accordance with what they charged. Recently, however, we moved into a much more expensive residence and upon arriving, the service personal from """"Badger Bob's"""" attempted to triple the price on a simple facet installation from the price they quoted by phone. Where I went to law school, this is called """"bait and switch"""" or just outright attempted fraud. I intend to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney General as well as other state & local consumer protection and business regulatory agencies, so that others are not taken advantage of by what clearly appears to be fraudulent business practices. Always obtain a quote in advance for the performance of any home services and ensure that such a business conforms to what they had originally quoted when they arrive to perform the work (in the absence of extenuating services).

So disappointed in the customer service I received tonight. My A/C stopped working. I had used Badger Bob's in the past and was pleased with the service so I called them for emergency service and was willing to pay the $75 after hour fee. I was having problems with my phone so I kept an eye on any calls coming in. I missed two calls (last one at 8:30) but called them back immediately and was told they would contact the tech and tell him I was waiting. I decided to shut my phone down and turn it back on and that seemed to fix the problem of my phone not ringing. I then waited for another hour but did not receive any calls and the tech did not show up. I called back and was told they would dispatch the tech again and he would call me ASAP. Again I waited another hour and called back asking for an ETA. I was told that my record showed the job had been completed. I explained that was wrong and the tech had never shown up. I was told that it must be their software and they would once again dispatch the tech and he would call me ASAP. My last call was at 11:40pm and still no call and no tech. I was told by Aneshia, who was not very nice, that the office closed at 5pm and if the tech had not shown up by now, then he would not be showing up. At this point, it was too late for me to go anywhere else to sleep. Terrible customer service and very disappointed in a company I had used in the past. I will be looking for a different company to fix my A/C in the morning, but tonight I am struggling to sleep in a 85 degree temp. Thank you Badger Bob's! UPDATE...so after the fiasco last night, the office manager called me first thing this morning. She explained that the answering service they used are to dispatch the calls immediately to the technician. Obviously that did not happen last night. She sent a tech out first thing this morning, waived the calling fee and I received a 15% discount for the inconvenience I went through. The tech, Victor was wonderful and lived up to Badger Bob's reputation that I had come to know despite the disappointment last night due to the answering service. My A/C was repaired and running within 20 minutes of his arrival. All is good again with Badger Bob's
