Update: Vick just called and we worked it out. I rent where I live. Garbage Disposal was making noise and I checked and couldn't find anything in it. Badger Bob came out. Tech could not figure out what was wrong. He said he was confused but got it working. Disposal.was under warranty. Next day I get an invoice from my landlord saying I have to pay the trip charge because they found bones in the disposal. That was a lie. We don't eat anything with bones. I think the tech just wrote something to fill a box. But he screwed me in the process. Plus he was to be here between 8 and 11 and I was told he would call when on his way. He just showed up. I work from home and a heads up is helpful.

Long story, I had a new HVAC heat pump installed at my home in N Venice in July. This happened while I was away. When I returned I found a mess in my garage (bad). I promptly reported to the salesman. He referred me to to the installation manager, who upon speaking to the workers said that they did not leave that way - no has been the house since July. The floor had some hardened mastic on it that could not come off. There was also drywall all over the place, also they used the toilet (water was shut off). After 25+ phone calls and messages which I documented the installation manager is the only one who came to investigate. I asked for them to pay to have it cleaned up and the epoxy floor repainted and they offered to only pay for a cleaning company to come but not cover the cost to repaint. Additionally they wanted to come after I left on a trip-NO not doing that again. Very poor communication. Still waiting for the HVAC general manager to call me, this has gone on for 2 1/2 weeks. Would not have had them do this work had I had some Idea that this how the company operates!!

Well, we thought they were a decent company to deal with when we bought our new refrigerator from them a little over 2 years ago (and it was still under warranty) and believed them when they said that because of that we were to receive """"priority"""" status if we needed service. That was not the case recently when on a Saturday that refrigerator had an issue with the freezer not working. We called for service since the freezer was full of food and we didn't want to lose all of that considering the price of groceries these days. After getting the answering service and having to wait for someone to call us back, they called and informed us that """"they were too busy"""" to come out that day and it would be Tuesday (3 days later) before they could get to us! Wow, seriously!! A freezer not freezing and someone might lose all their food in it and you expect them to wait 3 days!! Oh, and the refrigerator the customer bought from you cost them $3700.00, not just a basic refrigerator!! Needless to say, they have lost a customer and hopefully more will read this review and think twice about using them!!

Pat Requested mini split service (which they had originally installed). It was not cooling well. The tech Juan said it needed cleaning and UV lights. The following week another technician (Junior) who came to install the UV lights. Junior struggled for over 2 hours and could not finish the job. After that time, he said the real problem was that the blower was faulty and that Juan had misdiagnosed the problem. He did not reassemble the unit as he was coming back the following day with a new blower and that the blower would be """"free of charge"""". That was weird that Badger Bob's would not charge me for it. I am positive he broke the fan while he was trying to put the UV lights on and therefore he was not charging me for a new blower. He returned the following day with the blower and still could not assemble the unit back. He called another technician for help and then broke the wheel of the mini split. Still today, no response from BBob's customer service and I have no A/C in my garage. If you can avoid this company, do it!!

I thought my new AC was installed correctly and I originally stated so a few weeks ago. There was a leaky drain pipe. The pipe was repaired but I am left with a big water stain that I truly hope doesn't promote mold especially inside which I can't see.

Our air conditioner has excessive condensation. From the first place, I told them something is not right. Our house air conditioner is just one year old and they are the one who also installed. First service, they said there's nothing wrong, then condensation didn't stop. Any neighbor in our community have Badger's Bob installed doesn't have any condensation. So called second service, the manager came out and diagnosed the electrical wire in the attic wasn't wrapped and duct wasn't sealed so he said that was cause and also charged extra.But it never stopped. It got worse. Called third service, the technician seemed so reluctant to even take look in but said installer in their company got to come out and fix it. For more than one month, no contact from that department so called fourth time. The fourth technician also didn't even take a look at saying he will contact installer. Never came out so called fifth time. This time our unit was literally dripping water all over the unit. The same fifth technician showed up so later than appointment then he was very rude tossing his equipment around. I could tell definitely he was showing negligence and unwillingness. This time our pan was full of water so at least pumped water out and then again the same comment he will have manger take a look at it and construction manager should do something about our unit. This is horrible. I have never had this dumb service and none of their technician wanted to fix or knew how to fix or didn't care the homeowner's concern. This company just want to make money and once warranty gets over neglecting and treating like no one. They didn't fix our issue yet. Tried to talk with manager but even customer service member didn't transfer me saying their system can't transfer the line. This is crazy. I even put the review in their website and asked me to contact to their email address but my email never gets delivered saying unavailable server. Response to your response: Are you kidding me? That's the e-mail address your company told me to send contact info and tried more than several times. Guess what? My email never gets delivered! Server error! So this means your marketing is just showing jesters not true effort! Your email address is a fake one to just show in public. My mail never gets delivered even after more than 5 times attempts! It's deceptive! Don't even put response if you are not serious.

Had water dripping from my air handler. After 2 repairs I paid for including replacing Air Handler Insulation and replacing the coil, my AC works worse than it did before Badger Bob's ever stepped foot in my house. Over 2 months, they have been to my house 6 times, did the 2 repairs, recharged my refrigerant multiple times. I was supposed to have an """"experienced"""" technician out, but the appointment has been pushed twice. I will no longer be doing business with Badger Bob's.

I have called their warrenty department for 3 weeks and I never get in touch with them. Either they are busy or on Vacation. 1 Star Now they are calling me about signing up for Badger Bobs AC maintainence. No thanks

Basically this guy Daniel was the equivalent to a crooked auto mechanic, he replaced a part on my AC unit, said he thinks its another part and repaired that, then said it needs to be charged and it would be another $900 """"but probably wouldn't work because there is probably a leak somewhere that he wouldn't be able to fix"""". Then said he can setup a sales call to get estimates on a new unit. I told him we didn't want new parts if it wasn't going to fix the unit, why would we pay $700 for parts and still have no air conditioning? He said he would put the old parts back but when it came time to pay for the service call he charged me for the new parts and said he could not take them back because he could not sell """"used parts"""". Only after I asked what was going on. I'm so pissed, what the hell happened today?

Quite possibly the worst HVAC services experience I've ever had in almost 20 years in the area. They have worked on a 5 month old AC handler 4 times and each time the condition worsens.
