They came out to a property I owned after a realtor got ahold of them and billed me for 2 hours of work with never confirming anything with me and the issue wasn't resolved

I had a worst experience with Bader. They left to pick up material that they needed and returned 45 minutes later. It happened twice and they charged that amount of time as labor. I went to discuss this and eventually they took 1.5 hours from the total labor hours. They charge $98 per hour for labor. They overcharged for the material that they provided for repairs, which I had with me, but they said I didn't need them and could return to the shop, which I did. According to the online information, most of those material pieces they used could have been purchased at least half the prices they charged. I would never ask or recommend Bader to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. I am a tenant and our landlord lives across the United States. I called to set up an appointment with BADER and was told our landlord needed to call and confirm. He called and confirmed the next day, so I called and confirmed our appointment time for a Tuesday the next week. Well, Tuesday comes around and NO ONE SHOWED UP. When I called back to figure out what was going on, they had to record of our call or appointment. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL BOOKING KEEPING COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I've had to call Bader out a few times for various projects at an older home I'm trying to sell and these guys are always on time, in fact they are usually 15 minutes early, and always polite. They get the job done promptly and it's always quality work. I've been really impressed so far by their level of professionalism, their knowledge, skills, and their willingness to answer any questions I have. Thanks guys for all your help! P.S. Ladies, there is an older technician, probably close to twice my age who works there but he is super fine. Just throwing that out there lol. It's not why I like them, but it is a definite plus to have a little eye candy to go along with the fabulous service. ;)
