i have a great experience and cannot recommend them enough. the pricing is fair and they are honest and upfront on TOP of doing an excellent job. They took on a tasks other companies had nickel and dime me for. Not only that, they redid all the piping and now, several months later i haven't' had any issues. i had went because i heard good things about their work and prices and i cannot agree enough.

We hired Tony and his crew recently for a remodel, and the experience was awful from beginning to end. He is difficult to work with, unreasonable, expensive, and will deny any responsibility for faulty work done by his crew that may ultimately need repair.

The cherry on top of our experience was when Tony was literally screaming at my husband (via cellphone) at the top of his lungs, shouting obscenities at him, yelling ""YOU MOTHERF***ER!!"" repeatedly, as well as implying that he was going to physically harm my husband, saying things like ""Don't make me come over there! You don't want me to come over there!"". The reason he was threatening physical violence towards my husband was because we decided to withhold a small portion of his final payment until the job was 100% complete, as per the contract.

This man not only incredibly dangerous, but dishonest and very shady. I recommend staying away at all costs.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Tony Badaracco on a large job in Greenwich. We did a full kitchen, 7 bathrooms and laundry renovation for a very large sum of money and we were left with a home full of leaking faucets, improperly plumbed showers and a variety of lost plumbing parts which we had to pay out of pocket for. Tony himself only showed up a handful of times throughout the 8 month project: at the very beginning of the job to get his deposit, at the rough inspection to get paid and at the final inspection - you guessed it - to get paid.

His rough guys came to work reeking of booze and cigarettes. His foreman came to work often angry and incoherent, threw in his air pods so he didn't have to communicate with me and went to work with his Sawzall recklessly tearing through walls. I brought up issues as they came to light such as subpar vinyl wrap jobs on our showers and crooked shower valves. Any time things had to be fixed because of incompetence on his part, it was a huge ordeal and I was often gaslit that ""any parts he doesn't supply he doesn't guarantee"" and that my tile guy should ""stop complaining and just tile the showers"".

Another thing to note - He charges a PREMIUM (we are talking a ~200% markup) on every nut, bolt, screw and pipe he uses and his mechanic's are $185 an hour. Yes, you read that right, they are as expensive as attorneys. All he cares about is extracting as much money as possible out of his client's pockets with zero regard for the agreed upon scope of work or integrity of his product.

I renovate homes full time and have done so for about a dozen years, and I can tell you that this is one of my absolute worst subcontractor experiences ever. I believe that his positive Google reviews are paid for and not authentic. He's an awful human being and I recommend avoiding him at all costs.

Called many times but no return calls. It is a shame as we had good experience with them previously.

Their fees are outrageous! Do not use...
They Spent hours diagnosing a simple problem because like all plumbers charge by the hour so they were in no rush to fix my leak.
Find another plumbing company!

They were very responsive. They took my call immediately. The technician came in less than an hour. He assessed the situation and was able to fix the problem in under an hour.
