First time using Bad Drains Plumbing to replace leaky pipes under a kitchen sink and an outdoor hose bib. They were super responsive and able to schedule repairs the same day I called. Pricing was more than fair with excellent service. I would not hesitate to use them again for future repairs!

Sent a request quote from 5 plumbers and got a response right away . She gave me a quote and I called next day to schedule. David came as promised and did a professional replacement on my old bath faucet . Also fixed a slow drain in bathroom. They cleaned up after the job. I am very happy with the quality of work and the cost to fix it was reasonable. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. Ok

All I can say is wow! I called LA Sewer Masters because I was having on and off issues with a slow to drain toilet. Turns out our 1928 duplex had a large section of cast iron pipe under the raised foundation with pretty major root intrusion and much of the length of that pipe was also cracked. David and his team did such an amazing job throughout the entire process replacing the whole pipe. They have been incredibly professional, honest, flexible and very easy to communicate with (much of it via text, which I prefer). The job was very reasonably priced and they completed it in less than 5 hours! I highly recommend LA Sewer Masters and will be calling them in the future for any other issues.

This company is amazing from Reann(I apologize for misspelling your name) to the two David's that advised and fixed the issue with my toilet. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I got a quote as indicated on their page and was not charged extra $$ as the issue was what I described. I would recommend this company and I am definately bookmarking it for future projects. I recently had a main line blockage and not only was my go-to plumber all booked up for the day, but so were 3 other plumbers I called on a Friday afternoon. I just have to say that Mark is amazing! He came over at the last minute when I had family & friends over celebrating a birthday. My sink, toilet, bath etc. was all backed up & he came to the rescue.
