I had a great experience with David and his business. He gave me a great quote. he stayed with in the quote. he was able to give me a quick service within the same day!!!
I contacted five of the services with higher quotes in delayed response time. (The next day or two days from the date of my requested)
I explained to David that this was a rental property and that I was in San Francisco at the time of my request. He was able to take care of my tenants and make them very happy! I am putting David into my contact list so in future I will give him the first call!

Imagine having a plumbing problem two days before Christmas eve! And knowing that in two days, family will be coming from out of town to spend time with ya and the bathroom is clogged, sink is also clogged! Panicking at 6am with a clogged toilet will sure give u headaches.

Then, i came across Davids yelp page and read some reviews (which most people do these days lol) kept reading to see who had the best reviews and stars overall so i gave David a call and a chance to see what he could offer to help.

Turns out David is a real pro at this stuff! Came in two hrs later and straight up assessed the problem and told me in detail what he will try to do and gave me options. Really detailed guy, and very professional in his approach. Aside from having cheap labor and super honesty with this guy, we went ahead with the work he needed to get done. In a short time our toilet and sink were back to normal like new.

Definetely will keep him as our plumber and i would HIGHLY recommend David to anyone who needs plumbing needs! Thanks again Bro!

David added service valves and copper pipes so he could flush my 2x 14 year old tankless hot water systems. He also installed a drip leg and TPR Valves. David asked questions he needed to get the right information then offered a fair price. The total cost was $840.

I had a plumber recommended by my Home Warranty insurance company who initially gave a quote for the work, but I was hesitant to go with him because he didn't notice that I needed service valves. When he discovered his mistake, he increased his price to $200 more than David's. When he didn't hear back from me, he dropped the price lower than David's quote (without me asking), but it was only by a tiny amount and I'd much rather go with someone like David who knew what he was doing and offered a fair price from the start!

So glad to find an honest guy for all future work I might have. Thank you!

Thanksgiving weekend is coming to an end, and 1 of the many things I am thankful for is, I found my plumber. On Wednesday morning explaining my problem , I sent out 6 request for quotes . 3 responded by asking for more information . David responded with ,what the problem was , and 2 options to solve the problem , with quotes for both. Having the in-laws from out of town visiting for Thanksgiving , I needed a same day appointment . No problem ,David said he would be there that evening when I got off work. David called later .and asked could he come an hour earlier . Wow !! (of course you can). My wife was home ,since I was still working. Ok, where do I start? Let's start with the initial contact, shall we?

My project started with a typical replacement of a leaky kitchen faucet. I decided to send out feelers on Yelp. David responded within 15 minutes, and his bid came in as the most reasonable to me, and definitely within range of what I've heard a faucet replacement would cost in my area. Then the project changed and grew -- the main shut off valve inside of my garage is now leaking and dripping. I contacted David again to setup an appointment to get the main shut off fixed first. He offered to come over and take a look the next day (a Sunday). I was unavailable until Monday morning, so we had an appointment for Monday morning. David's fast responses was already pretty impressive.

Come Monday morning, David was on time for the appointment. He did a thorough assessment of the job, and he asked me detailed questions related to the job to make it go smoother. He also made sure all the necessary parts were on hand for the job. I took a peek into his truck...this man is an organized person.

The day before the job, David touched base with me to confirm the appointment. 3 days later, David and his dude showed up 10 minutes *early.* The two of them got to work immediately. About 90 minutes into it, the main shut off was fixed and upgraded, and David was already working on the kitchen faucet. That was fast. He also remembered to ask for my preferences on how the faucet sprayer would be arranged. One of the doors in my lower cabinet broke on its own, and David even put it back together better than it was.

The whole job took 3 hours, and the two guys cleaned up the work area nicely before they left. The level of professionalism here is amazing. Oh, David gave me a discount for a combo job, which was not insignificant. The next time I have plumbing needs, I'll be contacting David.
