Woke up to no hot water. So I searched yelp and found Fixx It Rooter & Plumbing. the manager David was very helpful and he assured me he could have someone over quickly to address the issue. The service technician arrived right on time, was very polite and professional. Fixed the problem quickly! Definitely recommend this company!

I was in a jam earlier today. My water heater suddenly went out and was leaking. I immediately went to Yelp and upon doing so I found Fixx It Rooter. I called and immediately I got a live person. Within the hour I had a tech come out and access my situation. I needed a new unit . Unfortunately, I decided to go with another company (Costco, only due to getting my points and being able to use my CC). But, I wanted to say I appreciate the time that was spent today. I appreciate the sense of urgency. Price seemed reasonable. So, I wanted to leave a favorable review. In the future, if I have other plumbing needs, I won't hesitate to call them back. I am just so grateful that when I called at 4:00 A.M. on Saturday because I woke up to water flooding my bathroom floor and entryway, that only 10 minutes later I received a call back telling me first how to shut off my toilet valve so I would not have any more flooding and also saying they could have someone out to my place between 8:00 and 9:00 the same day. David showed up by 7:45 diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very fair price. This job would have cost me twice what I payed especially on a Saturday! Thank you David and Fixxit for your promptness, pleasantness, efficiency, and fair prices! I will definitely keep them in my directory of important numbers!

Just got work done on a busted pipe. They came out within 30min to give me an estimate....at 7pm.
Started the work the next morning, and they had to jack hammer thru concrete to reach the broken area.
They cleaned up after themselves, and made sure the water worked in all areas of the property.
I would work with them again, and would recommend them to someone else.

I needed a plumber fast (toilet out of action). I called a couple of places and they told me they could not make it till the next day or four hours later. I called David at Fixx it rooter and they were at my house withing the hour. I could not believe it when David (not the owner who goes by the name of David) arrived at my door step. I had a backed up kitchen sink I couldn't get unclogged. I requested a quote at 7pm. In less than 10 minutes the owner, David contacted me and set an appointment and gave a price.

The employee, also named David showed up right on time. 60 years of gunk in galvanized pipes so the snake didn't work. Turns out I needed my plumbing hydro jetted. He set up an appointment for a little later in the day and left.

A little before the appointment he came back to start the prep work for the hydro jet. The new plumber, also named David, arrived a few minutes later and they got started. They cleaned it out all the way to the main line and showed me a live video of the work. Not a recording like I've heard other plumbers show.

They cleaned up before they left. And it was cleaner than when they arrived. On the invoice they changed what I was quoted, no extra fees. Every one I dealt with the friendly, helpful and polite. It was a great experience.
