I thought I would try baking out based upon the reviews on Yelp talk to Bob the night before promised me be out tomorrow the next day at 1:00. He was prompting on time. However after I hired him he walked off the job. I tried to call the owner and office period his communication after that was very poor and sketchy finally he told me that he had to go change his clothes and that he would not be back to finish the job. I'm very disappointed. I've never seen a plumber walk off a job that he gave me a bid for.

We had a clogged shower drain that wouldn't budge with drano. We contacted Bacon's on Thursday night and by Friday morning we had an appointment for someone to come out on Saturday. Bob who came out to do the work was efficient, knowledgeable and easily unclogged our drain. Highly recommended!

Lady answered the phone and let me know she would call the plumber and tell him what I conveyed to her as my issues. Ten minutes later she called back letting me know he could be here at 4:30 since he had other jobs going on. Gentleman called at 4:15 saying he was 10 minutes away....I was thrilled! He arrived and took care of my sink problem, was coming back to fix a leaky faucet since there was a part not available everywhere. He was honest telling me there may be a cheaper route to go and he would let me know both options. Another issue with a valve and too much air in the line will also be corrected. The price for everything was very reasonable. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need which I've heard other companies try to do. Highly recommend them!!!

Removed my old, leaky toilet and installed a new one in just over half an hour -- in and out quickly, and did a great job! I also very much appreciate that he wore a mask. Overall, no complaints. Would hire again!

We had a great experience with Bacon's Drain Cleaning and Plumbing! I called about a clogged drain on Monday morning, and Bob responded immediately. He was able to arrive within a few hours and not only quickly resolved our drain issue but also gave me a myriad of incredibly helpful pointers on home maintenance and fixed a problem with our washing machine. We'll definitely call Bacon again the next time we need a plumber.

Showed up at 6 pm nite before for plumbing problem then says has to get other tools be back in morning.... show up and adds more water to problem in basement and tells a handicap person that it's open and draining slow. I get home from work 3 hrs later with even more water on floor than the nite before and was told paid in full by handicapped person who couldn't look and they wouldn't come back out and threatening code enforcement when they made the problem worse...... I will never use these guys again and tell everyone I know not to as well

I had a clogged toilet issue and decided to reach out to Bacon's after having a bad experience with a plumber my home warranty company used in the past. I chose Bacon's based upon all the positive reviews they had on Yelp and fully see why they get their 5 star rating.

The scheduling was very easy and Justin responded very fast to all my requests for scheduling and a quote based upon what he thought the issue was. I was even able to get a same day appointment and they were there exactly in the 30 minute time frame they quoted.

The service was done quickly and efficiently but what I also most appreciated was that I had questions on some other plumbing issues in my home and Justin and Bob went over all my concerns and suggested what they thought on the issues and educated me on how various plumbing structures work. The fact that these guys make their customers feel valued and believe in sharing information at no cost will make me a life long customer with them for all my future plumbing needs.

I give my highest recommendation to Bacon's. I had reached out two days before hoping to get help fixing a Pittsburgh potty before guests came over for Thanksgiving. Not only did they come over at 7 pm that night, but they gave me a solution to save money and do it the next day. They were great and trustworthy and professional.
