I have an old house with old wiring. I had Bacon install a generator bypass circuit and sump pump circuit along with repairing wiring under our peer and beam house. The electricians Jeff and Aaron were up in the attic, down in the crawl space, both very tight places. Work was done very professionally and within the time and cost estimated. Very pleased with the work.

They are a little pricey, but the electrician, Jeff, knew exactly what was causing the problem, gave a free quote, and showed up on time. He rewired the trip switch and hopefully solved the problem. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He even dug down deeper and buried the wire to avoid any cutting of it by the lawn guys. I highly recommend

What happened to a great company with reasonable prices years ago? We trusted them for all our plumbing cares & suddenly their business model changed.
They charge sky high prices now, 40% higher than all the other estimates I received for a very simple commode replacement!
And then they hound you with phone calls afterwards to ask if you're still interested.
Their guys are so pushy when they come to your house too, very unprofessional .

We had foundation repair and needed to get a leak test after the repairs. Bacon Plumbing is one of the company's we called to come out because they were recommended by our foundation company. The technicians who came out were really nice. Our house is older and they confirmed that they would need to install clean outs before they can do the leak test. They gave us an itemized quote for everything that would need to be done prior to the leak test + the leak test. We had a 2nd company come out that was also recommended by our foundation company. They quoted all the same items as Bacon AND had an additional charge for city permits to install clean outs that Bacon didn't have. I called Bacon who said permits weren't needed. I called our city who advised that they were needed. The 2nd company also would complete the leak test for free since we came through the foundation company. No discount from Bacon for that. Finally the 2nd company's quote was about $800 So based off of the lower quote (with the same actions being performed) and the fact that the other company KNEW we needed permits, we didn't go with Bacon Plumbing.

Bacon Plumbing was due to perform a hydrostatic test on my home after foundation repair. There was a leak that needed repairing before the test could be done. So they gave me a quote of $1,400 to do the work. That sounded a little high to me, so I called another company for a bid, they did the work for $338. I'll let you form your own opinion on what that means. I would give zero Stars if that were an option.

From the office to the technician Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric were super helpful and courteous even when I didn't make it easy for them. I had them come out to trouble shoot an electrical problem while my handyman was there. Bacon sent three experienced electricians who did a very "thorough" job according to my trusted handyman.
My experience has been 5 star and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Great experience! Bruce the tech and office staff were all very nice, professional, and courteous. Prices were also much lower than other companies. Will be a customer for life. Fast response, great prices and wonderful customer service.

After a mind numbling misquote and diagnosis by the plumber who my home warranty sent out which they said would not be covered. I wanted to find someone who was A+ rated from BBB and found Bacon Plumbing.
I finally found a plumber for life. The dispatch center was friendly and listened to my troubles. They dispatched Devon who was professional, and found my culprit. The last plumber said I needed to change a hose bib at $450 but Devon found it was a nut that needed to be tighten and he recommended a few other things to not allow my soaker timer to leak. Total cost for the service visit? $39.
I recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber who does quality work, reasonable prices and honest assessment.
Thanks again, Bacon Plumbing.

I just purchased my home and had sewage backup in one of the bathrooms. The first plumber I contacted gave me a $23,000+ bid to replace my original cast iron sewer pipes...with that sticker shock I decided to get bids from six more plumbers.
Bacon Plumbing was the most competitive bid, but I didn't choose them based on price alone, it was about the customer service. The first guy who came to bid the job was very professional, to the point, and honest, that sold me. Later I decided to have them come back out and re-diagnose my sewage problem. I got another professional named Travis. He was one of the most polite, respectful, and genuine men that I have had the pleasure to work with. Through his honest analysis, we found that my original $23K problem was less than half of the cost to fix. #Hired! He could have tried to sell me on the more expensive fix, but he shot me straight and gave me the true diagnosis and fix at a reasonable cost.
After 2.5 days of being under my home with his trusted assistant Jon, I got all new sewage pipes. The work ethic, enthusiasm, and his positive attitude was a relief and done right. I am totally won over by the customer service and how honest this company is. I am getting a new hot water heater from them this week and I have many other plumbing needs that I will no longer seek multiple bids for, because the customer service and cost are exceptional. Thanks guys for exceeding my expectations and for the great customer service!

We had a hot water leak on a Monday no less. And we called a couple of places and Bacon Plumbing was the first one to respond and give us a time they would send someone out. About an hour later a young man name Ryan came by and set our mind at ease. This was about 8:00 PM at night (and I did mention on a Monday) and at this point there was not much he could have done, since our hot water heater needed to be replaced. He told us that he would put us on the schedule for the next day and gave us a GREAT price. He did everything he said he would do, they called us first thing in the morning gave a us a time frame. Ryan came out early in the time frame stayed about 2 hours and fixed our issue. He was very nice and respectful, brought another young man with them and they did a wonderful job. The price never changed and everything he said he would do he did. I would call them again any time I had a plumbing issue.
