I called on Saturday around 2:15PM in the afternoon and got the same day service! I only paid a total of $118 to have a drain unclogged! Everyone else was more than that just for a service charge. Cory was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Bacon Plumbing and would use them again.

Long story, but after an unpleasant encounter with one of the associates who tried to upsell us and never fixed our problem, the Manager, Cody, sent out a team that did a remarkable job. We appreciate leadership stepping in and making a right out of a wrong.

Preston came into our home and proceeded to tell us we need a 14k whole new plumbing system. He told us our pipes were galvanized and fixing one problem would only lead to another so it would be more advantageous to replace the whole system. We had someone come out and give us a second opinion. Our pipes are in fact copper and only one section needs to be replaced. We are having it fixed for $700. I'm not sure if it is just Preston, or Bacon plumbing as a whole, but this is dishonest. We were going to take out a fourteen THOUSAND dollar loan for work that did not need to be done. Preston was kind and courteous and a liar. I cannot say how displeased I am.

Hi, I would give this company a zero if I could have. We are currently selling a house and the buyer is hiring them to check out the plumbing. They contacted us (the sellers) for a credit card in case the buyers decide not to pay for the inspection. In my entire life have I ever heard of anything like this before. I explained that I am not asking for this inspection and they said that this is their policy. I am recommending that the buyers hire someone else to do the inspection and they should pay for it because they want it done. Nobody should provide their credit card to a company they never hired to begin with.
