I'm genuinely confused at all these positive reviews. We paid them to clean our furnace and came home to a house covered in soot. They didn't cover a single vent in any of the rooms before they blasted everything up. It's been a month. I've called two times and been told ""the person who handles customer service isn't in today"". I also emailed and have gotten zero response. And this isn't a little bit of mess in a couple places - it's 8 vents and each of them spat out a black mess. I've been cleaning walls, doors and windows for a month and there's still little grey black streaks everywhere. They don't even care enough to find 10 minutes to call me back. I get they're short staffed but it's been a month. So gross.

Customer service was great at first call, setting an appointment for just a few days later, with a small window of time to expect arrival. When the tech was within an hour of arrival, we were called with an update, and Tristan arrived shortly.
Clean, friendly, conscientious, and willing to show me WHY our AC DUCT had leaked, and how to prevent it in the future! The charge was about 25% of what another company had charged with a much less thorough treatment, and no instruction on prevention!

My furnace died and I could not afford to replace it. Pine State Services came and gave me a price on the parts that should be replaced and which ones were necessary to keep the furnace running.
