I called and made an appointment almost a week ago. Said theywould arrive between 10-12 noon. I had to walk my dogs and returned at 9:36. There was a card in my door saying they had been there. I called and asked why I wasn't given a courtesy call that"" they were on their way"" like all companies do. The person I called said they were early and that they had sent them to the next job. Excuse me. I could could have been home as I was close by but they failed to call me to say they were running early. I cancelled the job because of a disregard for me their client.
I hired their competitor Knieses and they were able to fit me in. They said I would get a courtesy call when they were on their way. Tnank has you for your complete consideration for your client.

I wish I could go lower than one star. This guy came out to my farm with the property manager (I rent). He stated he didn't know how to impact the flow rate of my frost free hydrant. Furthermore, he left even though the hydrant was leaking. He also talked about backflow preventers and concluded I didn't need one. However, a couple of weeks later he sent a letter to the property manager stating I did. Way to sell out Tom. BTW I do NOT need a backflow preventer because the frost free hydrant acts as one (if it is working properly-not leaking).
