don't ever try to contact this guy for a testing, unprofessional guy. We set up an appointment and he never showed up, we tried to call him many times but never call back, we sent him a message and call him many times but never response... this guy is soooooo unprofessional...HE RUINED MY DAY...

We highly recommend Backflow Only. The technician showed up right on time, corrected an issue with with the valve that the last company had installed incorrectly, without charging us. We will be using this company from now on.

Some companies are really trying to take advantage of the state's requirement for yearly backflow testing. A company that charged us $50 the first year wanted over $200 the next. That's when I started calling around and found Backflows Only. This seems to be a ""one man show"" so you need to be flexible with scheduling. Paul is very knowledgeable and helpful. Our 25 year old backflow failed the test. Paul walked my husband through the steps of how to replace it and advised on the best backflow to buy. After my husband had it installed, he came back out for another inspection. Yes, we paid for two inspections. That is only fair since he came out and did two inspections and his fees are very reasonable. He also took the time to educate us on how to best maintain the new backflow so it will last.

Finally came out after 2 cancellations. Then broke off the shut off valve with no offer to replace it. If this is all you do for a living you would think it would be easy to just replace a broken shut off valve. I would just take responsibility and do it to keep a customers business. Be careful.
