I am dedicated to backflow inspections, restorations, and setups. I work together with utility companies to verify all test results are correctly delivered to the designated contact.

I founded All Plumbing in Monroe, LA in 1990. In 2013, I stepped back from the plumbing industry and now dedicate myself to backflow. I provide services to Northeast Louisiana.

Gene Martin is a licensed Master Plumber with over 25 years of knowledge. He is the creator and ex owner of All Plumbing Inc. in Monroe, LA. He has held the position of previous President of the Louisiana Plumbing Heating and Cooling Contractors.

He is dedicated to backflow evaluations, setups, and restorations for both commercial and residential demands.
